Thought i would give their ZOMM cellphone electronic leash a try... cost me about $65 from amazon and when received I connected it to the computer to update as directed on the box. This is the last time it worked. The Zomm website support cannot "find the unit" when it is plugged in and there does not seem to be any actual support from Zomm for their product. The support phone line is nothing but a recording telling you to email them the issue and they will get back to you. I did this about 2 weeks ago... no contact from Zomm. So far the only thing it does is click... click... click when plugged into the USP... Come on Zomm... put some support into your product! Let's see if they resolve the problem or ignore it.
