Fantastic service. Very professional and understands how to help pick out glasses that fit well and are functional. Dani understands the best type of frame for a person's face. She helps with the difficult decision of which frame to choose. I highly recommend Zoom Optical. They sell high quality glasses and the doctor is super nice and professional.

I went to make a basic glasses in Zoom Optical there was a promotion that did not pay for the prescription if I did the full glasses but to know the price of the glasses would have to do the exam first. I have did the exam and chose the cheapest frame of 50$ and what scared me was the value of the lens: the cheapest would be 290$. In that totally unrealistic amount I said I would not do the glasses and had to pay for the exam totaling 70$. To receive the prescription I had to wait about a week for they were without system that day. Horrible service from this store and abnormal prices. Brazilian stores here in Florida are often like this: bad service and absurd price. I went to another store now American and did 2 pairs of glasses for 69$ and with free exam and a attentive and quality service just reaffirming that at Zoom Optical the service and price are totally out of standard.

Bought glasses at this place late Dec 2016. Paid in full $440 and once I picked them up I told him they were too strong and something was not right. Since I visit this area for vacation every year Maurzio told me they would replace the lenses next time I was back if there was a problem. Like another facebook user here I was told Maurzio was let go for many indiscretions and apparently that has resulted in this being our problem. Furthermore according to them Florida state law requires prescription lenses to be replaced within 1 year - well we actually did return with in a year. We were given every excuse in the book and only the owner could approve replacing my lenses. Conveniently the owner was on vacation. We were told to call or visit on January 2nd. Wed did we were told she still was not back. Then told she will be back on Jan 4th at 4pm. We called at noon on the 4th and confirmed this. Shortly after 3pm we received a call from Annie. Now conveniently once again the owner will not be in as she is very sick after her vacation. To try to justify Annie's call she now told on the day before I leave for home they knew this a week ago as long as I get a new prescription which I provided them from home on our original return visit they would replace them. I do not have the time at this point nor do I have travel insurance to cover an eye doctor visit. I really do not trust them to do the lenses right regardless and just wanted $60 back to cover the cost of replacing the lenses at home with my trusted optician. This place is a total joke! They incompetently put the wrong prescription had then measured by my optician at home and he confirmed the axis was wrong on one of the lenses. Zoom optical are surely don't stand behind their products or employees. Maybe if I was Brazilian I would have been treated with more respect. Never should have paid these guys before I was fully satisfied! Lesson Learned. Hope this helps someone.

Great and very helpful staff. They always offer a discount if you purchase a second pair and they have special products for teen, my daughter loved so much that she told all her friends to go overthere from now on

I had a great experience with Juliana, she gave me a flyer in front of seabras supermarket and I said I was interested and she made an appointment right on the spot the doctor was great and I'm waiting for my new glasses thank you Juliana.

Been going there for years...good place to go!

I had an eye exam 5 years ago at the same location with the same doctor. I went to do it again now and they recommended me new glasses because my degree had increased. After I made the new glasses, I got home and compared the prescriptions now with the one I had 5 years ago, and the new glasses were exactly the same as the ones I already had. Same grade. I changed the lens of one of my glasses for another one exactly like it. Nobody warned me! I spent over $600 for nothing. And when I went to complain, they recognized that they made a mistake they apologized, but they told me that they couldn't do anything else because the laboratory had already been paid. I feel hurt, deceived and sad.
