I was able to get right in, no waiting. My nail tech did a great job. The leg and foot massages felt so good.
The West Chester location doesn’t come up on Google search. Both locations are great depending on your preference. I prefer designer nails so Kim at the West Chester location is THE BEST! The other women there are amazing with pedicures also! Mason is great if you prefer your nails more standard or plain solid colors and styles. Both have wonderful customer service and a relaxing atmosphere.
My sister and I took our Mom out for Mother's Day today to get a pedicure. We scheduled our appointment a few weeks ago. Very fast and friendly staff. All three of our nail technicians did a great job. They even had refreshments out for Mother's Day, which was sweet.
Staff is great and so nice. The best shellac nails I have had and will continue service at Zoom's even though I live out of the area. I work at Dr. Chin's office and can get nails done at lunch. Love it.
Love going to Zoom Nail & Spa. Zoom is who I go to and I am always delighted with the service. I look forward to the pedicure. The leg and foot massage is so relaxing that many times I find myself sound asleep. Zoom and his staff are meticulous and never do a so, so job. It's the best place, as far as I am concerned, in the city to get your nails done.
The nail techs at Zoom’s are great but the manager/owner is THE WORST. He is absolutely rude and completely disrespectful. He did my SNS dip set and when they started to lift and pop off a few days later, I returned and asked him to fix them. He admitted to not doing them correctly but then told me that he would have to charge me AGAIN to fix what he messed up originally. He also accused me of taking the nails off myself and coming back to scam him into changing the color for me. I demanded a full refund and left the store without getting my nails fixed. I urge you to either have a different tech do your nails when you go to Zoom’s or simply find another nail salon to go to. I will certainly NOT go there ever again.
I can't name a favorite nail tech all of them excellent. I love Zoom for my pedicures! But to be honest I have never had a bad experience there at the Mason store.
I visited this salon every two weeks for the last three years. While my technician was excellent, the owner/manager is rude and disrespectful to some customers, including me. He only caters to "his kind" of customer based on the decisions he made about to whom he would speak, offer water and discounts. I will never return.
The person who worked on my nails name was Danny. He was amazingly friendly and very helpful. He gave me great advice on how to save money - and was very kind and gentle. I got a full set of gels and they are beautiful.
