Always great. Spray tan formula seems to get better ever year. A bit more than I'd like to spend for a membership but I can cancel any time.... And I do, at the end of summer.
The customer service was great , the tanning room clean. The reason for only 3stars was from the tanning booth itself. The ceiling fan motor was extremely noisy. You couldn't hear the piped in music over the noise.
Great staff, clean facility. I am just used to Versa stands with double leg treatment and a moisturizing spray option. Too many drying segments also when front and back twice is enough.
Very angered that Zoom Tan in Dunkirk, NY closed their old salon before opening the new one. Lousy customer service, Zoom Tan.
Great customer service and staff but not very big and not very clean. I prefer maximum tan they are always extremely clean and have beds, booths and spray tan as zoom tan doesnt have beds. Another plus though is that they will let you in right till the exact minute that they are closing
Even though the website said Wednesdays weren't busy, it was. However the zoom tan salon associate Cody was very efficient in getting people serviced!! The tanning booth was very clean and leaving Cody was very friendly wishing me a great day!! Great customer service!! Zoom needs to hire more people like Cody!! He made my evening!!! Even though I live in a different town, I will definitely keep coming to this zoom tan!!!
The guy that work there, Cody is so polite and knows his stuff. If you have any questions at all or are worried about getting the right product he is the one to go to. I've also noticed it is really really clean when he is working.
Clean, great customer service and you get what you pay for
I have had nothing but issues with zoom tan. But let me say the people who work in the place are friendly its just everything else thats horrible. 1st: i have a passport as my drivers liscense got stolen so they would allow me to send a copy to their customer service dept so i could buy a year membership but b/c its not a drivers lisence i am not eligible for the deals they offer b/c the girls who work there cant get the computer to allow it. 2nd. The beds are WAY WAY WAY TOO HOT. I have tanned numerous places in my life never have i not been able to be in a bed for only 6 minutes b/c it burns heat wise not sunburn wise your skin. So assuming that I would want to tan for over 6 min a session i bought the 9 min year tanning upon leaving the first time i ask the girl may i switch it to the 6 min because i wont be able to stay in for longer than that she told me no switching so i said well than can i cancel my membership and rebuy the lesser package which she then told me no bevause its for new clients only. Well i was a new client it was my first time tanning how was i supposed to know there beds were different from EVERY other tanning place in existance so i send a message to customer service who got back to me aboyt 2 weeks later and said no they wouldnt so I asked to speak to the person in charge and was told they were busy and would get back to me which they still havent done. This place is a joke.... Honestly the only way i would reccomend this is if you sign up for the cheapest package the 6min and under uv tanning you wont be able to stand being in their longer and hope to god you dont ever have a problem.
Very good but I think that tanning booths alone don't make it you need to add tanning beds and have towels and disinfectant in every room !
