I had been looking to upgrade to the new Samsung 23 ultra and stopped in to this Verizon store to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately, they didn't, but that didn't stop Johnny from going above and beyond finding one in stock at another store, and getting it for me same day! This is honestly one of the best Verizon experiences I've ever had. Amazing and friendly customer service!
My phone was giving to lot off issues freezing half screen was not working battery was not working was very upsetting went to couple of Verizon store every store was all out money but came to this location in oyster bay which one of my friends Kathy recommended highly I stopped by team were very welcoming friendly suggested me what to do and save money end up getting new phone 100$ trade in my lot of issue phone got $700 credit back towards the new phone and bill went up few $$ I am really happy with team oyster bay will refer to all my friends and family for the Verizon needs Alex the sales rep was awesome Knowledgeable explained me about all the upcoming first bill and details really Happy
Me and my family we live in long beach we use to live in oyster bay but we love to use Verizon wireless store in oyster bay only I have been coming to this location for pass 11 year always an awesome experience Alex is awesome very friendly everyone talks about him when it comes about phone service in my family and we refer all or friends too to shop at this Location .

I really appreciate the diligent and professional work of Alex one of the representatives at this Verizon location. He was very helpful and efficient in providing me services!
All this time I use to do business at the big Verizon corporate location in Hicksville and I use to wait on line and wait for hours and still didn’t get enough help to setup my phone, I was talking to My friend Kelly about my old iPhone 8 Plus giving me issue I don’t have much time to go to the big store and wait for hours she referred me this location our local Verizon store in oyster bay which she was highly referring me, so I took time to stop by at our local Verizon shop I met Alex the rep and his team was excellent friendly courteous took care of me got me a new phone and iPad with awesome deal which Verizon was running and moved all my information from my half working phone to the new phone and setup my phone the way I like it and guide me to do autopay so I can save more money I am thankful to my friend Kelly who referred me this location I will do the same refer all my family and friends to this shop going forward thanks Alex and his team awesome location.
I leave in Hicksville my friends who leave in Oysterbay referred me to come to this location. Now I know why they refer the team is awesome very friendly explained me in detail about phone and upcoming bill charges and etc. Will refer all my family and there friends to do business with this location.
