Disappointed. Ordered an arrangement for Friday delivery and it never showed up. Tried to call all day Sat and kept getting a recording that they were closed and to try back during regular hours. The regular hours posted are for Sat 9-4. Couldn’t leave a message bc box was full. Couldn’t tell you the quality of the arrangement bc it never surfaced
Terrible service. I was in the store for 10 minutes before one of the 2 women acknowledged me, & that was only to ask if she could start a room for me. No comments or questions when I came out of the dressing room with nothing to purchase even when I walked up to the counter. They were too busy talking about their many trips to dispense any customer service. As much as they charge for their clothes, they should be much more attentive. There are far too many other options to shop here again.
