The doctors were very kind and helpful at 101 Medical. The waiting time was very short and the nurses were very efficient. Thanks for the help. I would definitely come back again.
I must commend this medical clinic for its remarkable speed and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, everything moved swiftly. I would recommend 101 Medical and would return next time I don't feel well.
"WATCHOUT!" I'm not saying these lightly. I can write 3 full pages, but these are just a few issues: *Druggy street bums line up in his office! *The doctor is always hiding in his room like a scaredy cat and have his assistants see the patients. *Your diagnosis and treatments are horrible. You'll feel worse than before *He is also so scared of, and avoid giving prescription even if patient is in pain and legitimately needs it! *I've personally witnessed multiple times that unhappy patients waiting in his office, just to find out they wanted to get their medical records, in order to switch this doctor *Patients get yelled at and are treated disrespectfully. *This office is dirty, dodgy and weird. The door is always locked. The door has a glass so that they can see who is behind the door to whether or not open it, like a maximum-security prison! *Fake review stars *If you're not happy, don't hesitate to file a complaint. One of the worst experiences of my life here. The doctor was amazing but the front desk manager needs to rethink her career. She’s ethier there to help or assist the doctor so there should be no reason for her to be so rude. She’s supposed to be there to help people instead she mistreats them and says rude things to not only the customers but her very own employees. She yelled at a poor girl in front of everyone before even figuring out what had happened yet. While I. The wait room you can hear her talking over to the phone yelling at them “ I told you I would call you”. This place is very small so it looks busy but reality is that if she knew how to run that place properly and organized there would be a lot more patients and she wouldn’t be hurting the doctors reputation. I took down her information and will report her to not Only OSHA but to the better business bureau. If you want good customer service I suggest looking around and calling around before making this your place to go.
The worse doctor ever. Whatever issue you have, he will connect it to your stomach. He absolutely does not care for his patient at all. The amount of the waiting will get you frustrated, office is mess running by Doctor’s wife of course only persian doctor can do that part. Not the doctor nor his office has respect for any patient. Ones I told him about his office being mess and disrespectful, he lives in his denial just because his is scared of his wifey. Glad move my mom mounts a go from his messed up office. If you ever care about your loved ones you would not leaving Them in his hands and dealing with this messed up office. Not recommending this office and for sure the doctor at all.. will update this forever. This office is dangerous for elderlies.
Went for an annual physical and was told that I needed to get blood work done. I asked why and was told that he just wanted to check. I asked him what he wanted to check on and he said it was just basic stuff for a new patient. I pressed for a better answer, but that's as specific as he got. So I went and got my blood tested painful- they took a lot of blood and I hate needles. I was told by the testing facility that I'd get my results within 14 days. Waited and never received any results. So I called and apparently they sent them to my doctor. Called my doctor and was told that I needed to make a new appointment $250 visit to go over it. At this point, I stated that I had verified ALL of my information over the phone. I know how HIPAA works. He can disclose any information he has over the phone to me. He refused. At this point, I was beyond frustrated at the shenanigans this doctor and office were playing. When it comes to my health, I don't like being left in the dark by Dr. Mystery. If you're seriously considering this doctor, stop. If you care about your health at all, stop. Go with the next doctor/practice on your list. It has to be better than this one.
I have been trying to make an appointment for THREE WEEKS. I wanted to avoid the high cost of a new patient consultation at another dr so I tried to stick with this place. I called to make an appointment the week of 9/4. was put on hold for 10 minutes. hung up and called back twice the next day. no answer at all. Sent an email the next week week of 9/14 describing my attempts to contact them and the urgency of needing to discuss my medications with the doctor. They just ignored it. As of today, 9/22 i got no response from that email. I called today and FINALLY after calling 3 times was able to make an appointment for 4 WEEKS FROM NOW. Not to mention the receptionist sounds like she hates her life. Talking to her is a depressant on its own. YIKES.
I really don't get why people are calling the receptionist rude though I can't say that about the patients. While waiting to be called I observed on two occasions people being extremely rude, all the while she spoke calmly and respectfully. This place it not my first choice but it's honestly not that bad of a place.
Doctor is grate , but front office receptionist is VERY, VERY RUDE. If you like to be treated disrespectfully this is the place to go. If you do not believe this, just make a quick phone call to try to make an appointment. If you have emergency problems they offer you go to emergency room,because their app is for 2 or 3 months later, I like doctor Azami but unfortunately because of their office I changed my doctor.!
I am left clueless as to how this place has so many 5 star reviews. I went to this office 3 times and had a bad experience. I'll admit, the staff is friendly and the lobby looks pretty nice, but that's not why I go to see the doctor. The first time I went there, the doctor seemed uninterested and rushed to give a diagnosis. Not too bad an experience, but not impressed either. The 2nd time, I went for a physical and blood test, and the doctor never followed up regarding the blood test. Why would I waste my time to do this and pay, and not get a follow-up? I called the and the receptionist said they don't follow up if everything is ok. So maybe I should see a stupid doctor if I'm already feeling ok. The 3rd time was the worst, hence warranting my thorough review. I had a morning appointment and had to wait 1 1/2 hours and still did not get a chance to see the doctor. Yet their policy says if you're 15 minutes late, then you're cancelled. Well guess what doc, you're cancelled 6 times over with your own policy. I have a life and things to do so I asked for a refund and left. 3 strikes and you're out...don't waste your time with this practice.
