The worst clinic I know, lady front desk was so rude, all I needed was a doctor note because I was not feeling good but they keep saying you’re fine and literally if I telling them I not why will they treat you like you are lying about how you feeling. Doctor Hilda o’ Rourke literally make me cry saying that I was basically really fat that I was not eating good and also tell me that how I planned to have more kids like that and she was laughing. Never going back to the clinic, they don’t inform you good I’m 30 weeks pregnant and they haven’t tell me which hospital I will be giving birth. WORST CLINIC EVER!!!
From personal experience, this place has given me nothing but good service and all the nurses are so nice even the Dr. She’s very straight forward and honest cause she’s passionate about her job and cares about my health and my baby’s health. Yeah there was a time were she did hurt my feelings but it was because I was being too sensitive and she’s just telling me how it is because she cares and I appreciate that. Yeah there’s a waiting time sometimes but as a soon to mother it’s worth the wait. And I love this clinic and I appreciate the nurses and Dr. help thru this time especially. And please support this place for the community of pregnant women.
I got my iud today and I was so nervous, I was shaking like crazy and asking allot of questions. I was doubting myself and feeling like I couldn’t do it... then when it came down to get it the midwife was so supportive and made me feel confident at that moment that I can do the procedure and it didn’t hurt at all I just felt uncomfortable and this experience was the best because of the staff and midwife !!! Definitely encourage to come to this clinic
Excellent women's health group. All the ladies here are kind, responsive and helpful. I saw the midwife my whole pregnancy with my first baby, she went above and beyond to fill my head with all the knowledge for a mama to be. She was so great , my daughter is healthy and strong. I would highly reccomend this medical group to others especially expecting mothers with tons of questions like myself.
The ladies are always very nice here, one nurse even gave me some tips for some issues I had with my baby of course always check with your pediatrician but it helped a lot. The Dr. does talk a bit fast, and I can see how some people might feel rushed, but just write down ur question and be ready, she is always willing to answer any questions and was always very friendly towards me. The wait time can sometimes be 20-30 min just depending on how busy they are during that time, but most often they saw me within 5 min I always had morning appointment. The laters I took was 11am.
I did my externship at Womens medical group for ultrasound with Olga as my tech, and have to say I learned so much because of her. She is a great instructor with great patient care skills and she works with so much dedication. The rest of the staff is nice and works incredibly hard to accommodate patients while providing them with care they need, which can be extremely difficult at times with such a high volume of patients. Womens medical group is not kaiser its a medi-cal clinic that does not charge patients for care so they do the their absolute BEST with most dedication compassion with what they have.
I highly recommend this place . I ran into Claudia marketer outside and she was very helpful . As well as mareveya , she helped me quickly and friendly . They were fantastic explaining everything well. And hilda the midwife was bomb! She’s the best you could ask for and throughly explains everything!
The Dr was very rude & would not do a check-up on me. She just handed me a prescription & sent me on my way. She asked me why I didn't go somewhere else! And why I didn't know what was wrong with me. That's why I'm here. You are the dr. I will never go there again. I do not recommended!
Marketer's outside are a great help!!!! Fast service!!!! Clean, nice personal, Doctor is wonderful, Staff is great specially Marveya she is great drawing blood... Everyone should give it a try!!!!
I gave this place a shot after planned parenthood refused to run tests on me. The dr. did a pap smear on me which I need because she found i had a yeast infection, and gave me prescription I needed for this.
