I’m not sure what Maria Ramos is speaking about! The best customer service in town. This place is larger and has a better selection than Brooklyn Hardware. I rather come here than Home Depot when I need some items. Highly recommended location. Plenty of parking.

Came in to buy some block for some construction we were doing at our house. Javier was super helpful and even gave me some advice! While I was there I noticed someone was getting a haircut and they ended up offering me a free haircut for buying the block! Love this place!

It was early in the morning and I was looking for some tiny corner braces for a home improvement project. Walked in here and was greeted on the spot. The guy behind the counter help me find exactly what I needed. I will be coming back. Nothing better than supporting your local business.

To Owner/Manager... Good Customer Service is what makes or Breaks a Business...weather I buy a Nail to hang a Picture on, or Construction Materials to build My Next home, Customer Service should be the same...A simple "Hi, Welcome to 1st Street Hardware" , would come a long way This place has no Customer Service whatsoever... EVERYTIME I've been here, like 3 or 4 times, the cashier lady in the front ignores you instead of greeting you ... So bad...
