What a beautiful gem in downtown Cincinnati! Our experience at 21c was 5 stars across the board. Upon arrival the valet staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The check in staff is wonderful, they made me feel right at home and had a wealth of information about the hotel surrounding area. Our room was beautiful and charmingly unique! The design and amenities are top notch, even inspired some ideas we'll be implementing in our own home. After getting settled we went out for a date night and didn't even have to leave the hotel! The museum space is a delight, the exhibit on display during our stay was thought provoking and a wonderful time spent. We then had dinner at Metropole, connected to the hotel, which was delicious! The staff there was also very friendly. The on site gym is very clean and well appointed, and open 24 hours! Overall we could not have been happier with our stay and hope to return soon! Thank you all at the 21c Cincinnati. Rooms: Clean, great design, everything we needed and more. Walkability: Everything is so close! Food & drinks: Great onsite restaurant. Noteworthy details: All staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and gracious. 21c Cincinnati staff sets the bar all hotel staff should be aiming for.
Pillows are like bricks I slept without any cause it was so uncomfortable. Dog barked all night in room next to us but front desk was excellent helping. Foods great locations great.Rooms: 2/5
21 C hotels are always of a high standard which is matched by high prices for the rooms. A standard room with tax is over $500 which is a lot given the rooms are relatively basic but are nevertheless very comfortable. The service is excellent and the rooftop bar is great albeit the service is slow on a Friday night.Rooms: 3/5
Great location, easy to walk to most places. The shower wasn't my favorite, but the tiles were really artsy and cool. Really enjoyed staying here. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean. :Rooms: 4/5
My first time staying with the hotel. I received a recommendation from someone who lived in Cincinnati. The hotel is very beautiful. The museum is very interesting and creative. The rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't like my view, but it was not a dealbreaker. I was steps away from Fountain Square and the music festival events. I didn't get a chance to order at the restaurant but would if I stayed longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly consider this place again if I attend Cincinnati Music Festival next year.
Beautiful hotel in downtown Cincinnati. It's conveniently located to get to most places you would be going in the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The first couple of floors are a museum that is open, and free, 24/7 365. They have great amenities including a spa and fitness center. And the restaurant in the hotel is very good, and you can get room service from it. The only drawback is parking. The only real option for parking is valet, and that information was difficult to find on their website. There are some public garages on the surrounding blocks but nothing convenient. I will say that their valet service is very good though, would just be nice to have other options.
Let me say, this is a very unique hotel. The staff 5 stars amazing! After that it goes down hill. For what I'm paying, I'm looking for a very clean hotel. The room I paid for very dusty, TV was broke the towels are not soft and the carpet, furniture needs to be cleaned but the staff upgraded me to a better room, still no microwave, they will bring you one but you will not use it that bad. If you are not very limber this is not for you. All furniture is very low to the ground including the mattress. But the shower is amazing in room 909! Last one, there is breakfast on M T W in the hotel so you have to walk 2 blocks for breakfast. Rooms: The mattress I give 2.5 stars. I did like the Nespresso coffee maker and the Chromecast in the room. The rooms need to be detail cleaned, carpet and furniture the small cooler needs to be steam cleaned. The room I was in you can hear all noise from the street. But the shower was amazing and their products!
These 21C museum hotels are weird. Most of the artwork looks like it was done by a third grader but maybe that’s just me. Rooms are decent, the workout facilities are not that great. Staff is usually friendly and willing to make your stay good.Rooms: 3/5
We are both social workers and had regular cause to visit this hotel before its renovation,, when it was low cost housing. We stopped in to see the changes and were surprised by the gallery of art pieces. Very compelling show shedding light on the plight of refugees throughout the world. Some very haunting images.
