Sauna and pool area is kinda filthy/dirty and small but nice and hot. Gym is large and has a lots of weight area and lifting ares. I like the atmosphere. The location has Walmart across the parking lot so nice to come here once In a while even if this is not a closest location.

This gym is very run down compared to its counterpart location. The women's bathroom are not cleaned regularly.  You can tell due to the same cobweb in the stall. Sinks are gross. Floor has a swept up pile of dirt sitting next to a broom and dustpan. The front staff varies but usually not friendly,  they look bored, honestly don't know what they do upfront but sit a look at their phones. Not professional. If the equipment is old then at least try to keep them clean. Only reason I go is the location and easy .to get on machines

Very bad, the cleanliness is bad from rest rooms to over all gym , I think Ben the manager needs to do more to keep the club clean now that is not open 24 hours. Take a look these bathrooms at the gym in Garden Grove,  24hr Fitness. This is what I saw Saturday August 13th. Who runs this place.? Whith all the $ they said. Dam./ those are pictures from today 8/17/23, people need to speak up.

Came in for the first time ever!  Arthur was a great help with getting signed up. He has a down to earth attitude and is very energetic and outgoing. I’ve been to a few other gyms and front desk people are such a drag.

Usually 3 or 4 employees at the counter joking around ignoring customers. No management activity witnessed for the gym. I counted 6 working treadmills the other morning out of the maybe 25. Some had out of order signs, most did not. Many of the weight machines are like dinosaurs, I saw them in workout books as a child. For some reason there is always like a group of people near the exit door making it difficult to get out. Restrooms are filthy and appear to be straight out of a 1970's YMCA. I have visited on several occasions while working in the area over the years and not much has changed.

I give this gym 4 out of 5 stars. Taking in consideration the fact that, this is a busy place, it is expected to encounter some issues. Like the men's locker room needs to be cleaned up more often, this includes the showers and restrooms as well as the sauna and steam room.  But since I am not a problematic individual, I do not make a big deal about it and I enjoy it as it comes. The staff always greets me. So give it a try and be realistic and open minded, otherwise stay home. Lots of parking

I’ve been going there since a long time and every time is getting worse, bad customer service and dirty restrooms. The lady on the reception not helpful at all, I brought my friend to get an idea and she made him to sign for another fitness network

I was in the neighborhood so decide to pop in for a workout.  Its a smaller gym and is quite busy.  Treadmill and weight machines are in decent shape and I didn't have problem getting a good work out at this gym.  Now, here is why I wrote this review. i have tried the Sauna and Steam room after the workouthere as well. Sauna was packed with tons of people so I skipped that.  Steam room was amazing.  Let's just say this is the best steam room I have been to.  Steam was strong, intense and hot and I felt so relaxed afterward in there only for a few minutes.  I only wish a few elder gentleman wasn't so chatty. Then it would have been a perfect experience.

I joined thinking it's open 24-7 because 24 hour fitness but coming to find out planet fitness is the one open 24-7 will be changing soon disappoinment

I used the 3 day pass and never went to this gym before. The gym was dirty and smelly but I wanted to see if they had decent barbells. They automatically tried to get me to sign up and when it wasn't working they said I had been there before and I needed to pay 20 bucks for 1 day there.  probably the worst gym I've ever seen
