Always very clean and the staff is really friendly. They offer a lot of classes, a movie theater, pool, sauna, steam room. It's nice.
Great gym. Friendly staff. Super clean and sanitation wipes are always available. Their hand soap is actually stocked unlike 24 hour fitness. Will be crowded between 3pm and 7pm on weekdays, so plan accordingly.
I have had a pretty good experience at this gym for over a year and a half. The staff has been very friendly, the girls and the guys. Until recently this lady physically aggressed towards me by hitting my shoulder with force three times not even a light tap on the shoulder I don’t even know her.. at the Zumba class, she was upset that I went in front of where since there was space in the front and it was an open floor, she was demanding me to go in back of her. I told her to go in the front, and she was very rude towards me, so I ended up leaving the class. Immediately I reported it to the staff and the supervisor was very kind about it and told me that he would speak to her and that he had seen the footage, so I believed he handled it well and I forgot about it. Next time I came back to the gym I was reminded of the incident by another staff member, and he told me that after watching the video he was concluding that the lady just “wanted to get my attention” which was very distasteful. It does not even make sense for that lady to have tried to get my attention for no reason because she had plenty of room to dance. The only reason I am writing this review is because I was reminded of the incident and now it became a very unpleasant experience to work out, and that’s not okay because I’m paying for my membership and to have a positive experience here at the gym. It seemed to me that this staff not all was trying to gaslight me of reporting this incident and I reminded him that I was glad that there was footage because all the evidence was on there. I like coming here due to location so this won’t stop me from coming, but if I feel harassed by this and if I need to escalate by contacting higher authority and supervisors I will. Keep to yourself and be careful with the older ladies they will put hands on you.
Great gym with friendly staff. Love the kids club for kids who are from 6 months to 12 years. $25/kid and $10 for extra kid per month. I just wish the massage session is longer than 10 minutes. 20 minutes per session would be great
Came here last year with my friend and was absolutely appalled at the ableiem that is rampant in this place. I am a wheelchair user, and I'm not the only one, typically I'd see at least 1 other wheelchair user there when I was. This gym is like 75% old ppl. Anyways I was getting frustrated with always having to sit outside the only wheelchair accessible shower for at least a half hour everytime I went there to practice my PT exercises in the pool, which was what I was mainly there for. I'd sit there shivering while most of the time a fit and clearly able bodied 60 yr old took it and would take their sweet time. Sometimes it was young girls in their 20s who would take it with no clear issue walking. The other showers only have an inch or so of a lip you'd need to step over, so perfectly doable for someone who can clearly walk fine. Anyways, the staff and managers pretended to care, but did absolutely nothing. If you can afford tons of employees to stand at the desk doing nothing all day, you can hire a security guard to make sure only wheelchair users have access to that very necessary accomodation. Something needs to be done, maybe even put up a sign, but they don't care. I clearly left within a week, this place is not a safe place for disabled ppl and id recommend not going if you are. If only I had my lawyer back then, I'd have taken them down, hope this place does go down, one day they'll discriminate against the wrong person
Staff always greets me by name. Plenty of machines and very clean facilities. Only draw back is if you go between 3-6pm lots of high school kids 10 kids on one bench press smh. I recommend go early morning before noon or late evening after 7. Other than that I love me some chuze.
Staff at this gym are amazing and always greet you with a smile. Positive all around. Great taste in music as well!
They use to be open 24hours but cut back their hours significantly for Covid. The Covid restrictions are over, the gym is 3x as busy 2x as dirty and the equipment is declining but the price has continued to go up. Better deals are out there now.
I have notified at the front desk to clean the water fountain by the pool area next to the sauna. But after 3 days its still in same gross condition, it has been this dirty since I joined months back. They should use steel cleaner or something. The outside is this dirty I wonder the water is coming through probably tap water, and filter must not have been replaced for ages. this looks gross to drink water from. So I am posting this here, as I do not have any other way to report it.
This is the best gym I have ever been to. It accepts the Silver Sneakers program, has reasons prices for the amenities that is offered. The equipment is modern with dry hydrotherapy beds, infrared saunas, tanning, pool, hot tub, chuze cinema, indoor cycling, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and treat you like family. The gym is very clean and the showers are very private. I will not switch gyms unless I have memberships for multiple gyms. The photos below are the Women's locker room. I truly appreciate the kind staff members who dedicate their time here.
