Good place to workout, but it needs some touch ups.  Bathroom was kinda gross Lighting is dim TVs are too small for the space  I’ve worked out in four different 24 hour’s in DFW and  Kessler Park is still #1.

My first time there. Overall. Impressive facility arguably the best besides Lifetime but needs better maintenance. Hire a maintenance guy and keep up with repairs.  Pros - facility as a whole seemed at the level or nicer than LA Fitness. Full court basketball is very nice LA Fitness has a smaller court. The indoor astro-turf football area and having both a steam room and sauna are a plus. It wasn't crowded or busy...seemed like good clientele. It's nice that they have a little store and some products for sale.  Cons -  -Dry Sauna was broken, not hot at all. Please repair!  -At least one shower in the men's locker room either has a malfunctioning shower head or no shower curtain or rod all.  - The lap pool water was very cold  -Basketball court floor looked like it needed a re-wax or regular maintenance of some kind....  -Basketballs for the court need replacement. One looked so old it was like a ball of yarn unraveling. The only semi-decent one was not full size I think a women's basketball. Get some good quality Wilson Revolution balls.  -No blow dryer for hair in the men's locker room a staple at LA fitness. These only cost $10...  -Protein drinks were prohibitively expensive and rang up differently than the guy said. He quoted me $3 or $3.50 on multiple drinks and then they all rang up at like $6 or $7. At that price I could go by Smoothie King or Jamba Juice. Please at least price your products so as not to waste people's time.  Conclusion - This place has so much potential...like a rich guy who doesn't maintain his property. Please just keep maintain things a bit better. You have an awesome facility! And like everyone else is saying go back to 24 hours or at least 10 or 11pm for those of us who like to work out later in the day

I switched to LA fitness but I often times find myself missing 24 hour fitness. Especially this location. The gym was always clean. Weights were always put up and the staff were great. Can't beat the price either. But unfortunately, I switched because LA fitness was only 4 minutes from me. If it weren't for that, I'd have stayed here. I miss the people and the staff

Was excited to see a location near my place when I moved to the area a few months ago.  It's nowhere as nice as my past location in Redlands, CA Overall, gym is pretty good.  Staff is nice. Bball court is decent.  Glad they have a sauna.  However, the steam room needs some serious help.  It always smells and just seems dirty, with black mold-like stains on the tiles. It also hardly works.

Love this location except for its not 24 hours. They don’t have all the lights on in the vanities in the mens locker room which makes it feel like things may be going down hill. Equipment is well maintained as well as the facilities. I wish they would fix the clock in the middle of the gym though. Overall it’s a great place to workout

As soon as I moved to North Irving, I wanted to try its location in Valley Ranch, I was very disappointed, all the machines seem not to have been cleaned in months much less the floor under them, steam room has been closed for “maintenance”, the members paid completely and punctually, and it is not nice to go to exercise in a place where you do not feel comfortable with I definitely cancel my membership and go back to my previous gym.

Been going to this gym for as long as I can remember. But ever since new management this gym has turned into a filth! The sauna is absolutely disgusting. I’ve reported my complaints to the manager more times than I can count and he simply does not care enough to do anything.  It’s a shame because this gym used to be flawless but due to lazy new management it’s getting run down to the ground. Don’t be surprised when you start seeing a loss in memberships.

Terrance, the 24 Hour Fitness Valley Ranch gym manager continuously strive to provide a positive experience for the members by creating a welcoming, friendly and clean facility to ensure our fitness journey is memorable. He is always very professional and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the gym equipment. In addition, he is always willing to answer questions and going above and beyond for all of us. Rest assured, Terrance’s actions and motivation to assist the members is greatly appreciated by all of us.

This gym just never feels clean. Sauna always smells & has a WET floor. Women’s locker room looks like it has not been mopped in a long time. Hair in the sinks, toilet paper on the floor. Cleanliness here is nonexistent.

This gym has a huge variety of equipment, that said, it is dirty, dust bunnies around many of the machine, the men’s bathroom smell horrible, and the manager who opens the facility on Saturdays is often late, or like to this morning, does not show-up at all.  This is disrespectful and inconsiderate of members.
