Nice gym, good equipment, usually maintained well, clean for a gym, super friendly staff, restrooms are closed daily for cleaning which is fantastic but they don’t clean the shower drains they are always clogged up w hair. So much nicer then the Green Mtn 24HR dump. Thank you for caring about your facility only complaint is the amount of people sitting on the machines using there phones not working out. Takes forever to get a workout in. Should have some signs “less talking more lifting”
I’m making this post just so people are aware. My wallet was stolen out of my purse in one of the girls locker room lockers. I used a lock that only opens with a key. I notified the front desk but was told they can’t really do anything, which I understand to a certain extent. Just be aware of bringing your belongings into the gym even if you plan on locking your locker.
This particular gym location has seen better times. As a member now for several years, the machines are broken and never repaired, the hours are constantly changing- 8pm closing on a Friday night, giving me a half hour to workout as fast as humanly possible, and it’s sad. Things used to be much better here.
Staffing issues. Opener on weekends waits til after 6am to unlock doors even though he's clearly been in there a while. And some days they don't even open, like today. 7:30am and still closed. Also, equipment should be better maintained.
I have been going here for a few months now. It can be busy in the afternoons like every other gym. Every time I’m there I see staff cleaning. My only issue is I wish it opened sooner so I could workout before work.
Woman at the front desk is nice. Although the trainer hanging out in front of the front desk at 2 pm talking to her made me listen to their conversation finish up before he stopped talking to her and greeted me as "dude" and "bud" within two sentences. I don't personally call my own customers dude or bud, and find it kind of trashy and immature for him to do so. First time at this location.
Great location. A bit boring but all is great. Friendly calm atmosphere. Nice older crowd. For management: is there a reason why there are no curtains in the shower ?
Ok so I got a free 3 day pass and decided to give it a try it a normal gym front counter help Landon very nice gave me a tour then I started my leg day It wasn't very crowded yet but i noticed the gym need a good cleaning the equipment was very dirty and serval machine were broken and nobody wipe down the machine after they used them it is father from my house and ever since Vasa has moved in outher then plant fitness this was the closest outher then Vasa I still might join but for right now I stay at plant fitness
Gym is decent, treadmills need upgrades, there's alot them that don't work properly, second thing I noticed always outta of paper towels an the cleaning sprays for gym equipments, there not kept up with, 3 stars mainly towards the staffs there friendly, just few recommendations as a customer
Great mix of equipment: 6 station multi-use power lifting system and plenty of bumper plates; large selection of dumbbells and kettlebells; hammer strength and standard pin style strength machines: lots of aerobic equipment; a full size basketball court; a 4 lane lap pool and sauna and steam room and hot tub; a large turf area with sleds and wheeled weighted carts, much larger than othe gyms in the area. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is they could do a much better job of cleaning the showers. Oh, and this club is not open 24 hours.
