Welcome to our Plano club in Plano, TX. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Went in today for the first time in a long time. Justin at the front desk was so amazing and helpful taking me directly to the machines I wanted to work out on. It was a great experience and I’m motivated to go again tomorrow. Really good experience!
I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with 24 Hour Fitness that I feel compelled to share. I called their facility @ Johnson!!!! to inquire about a price promotion email I received from them, and to my shock, the manager intentionally!!! hung up on my call. I thought it was by mistake and called back immediately, and @Johnson said he had to make a phone call but how can you answer my phone call in about 2 seconds???? This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from a business that prides itself on providing quality service. I understand that misunderstandings can occur, there is no excuse for a manager to abruptly end a call without attempting to address a customer's concerns or questions. It not only reflects poorly on the manager but also on the entire organization.
Called to cancel my membership because of my work schedule and the rep who I spoke with was probably the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Their website throttles when you go to cancel- they do that on purpose. When I explained it and how frustrated I was and basically told him you have the ability to cancel - he gave me an attitude and said “well I don’t HAVE to cancel your membership. But I will, YOU’RE WELCOME” Don’t go here, awful.
Just opened 2 days ago. Everything shiny new and very clean, as one would expect with a new facility. All equipment latest and greatest. Everything a super sport should have: pool, spa, sauna, steam room, more than enough cardio and weight machines! Friendly staff! I'm in town on a business trip and this 24 hour is better than most back in Houston!
I know that Staci is there but when I come and visit from California, Staci and I will join as guests in Rachael’s Zumba class. It was so great having her on the month before but I’m hopeful that we’ll see each other again someday taking place in Richardson 24 someday.
Terrible experience with the manager John, he kicked me out of the gym because “I was making noises” and is against “the policy’s of the gym” He was extremely rude to me. I’m super sad he’s attitude was super unprofessional and totally abusive, taking advantage of his position of manager. He told me that I was in “drugs” just because I was super happy and extremely excited doing my workout. I USED TO LOVE THIS GYM TO COME AND DO MY EVERY DAY WORKOUT, AFTER THIS OF COURSE I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IF I CAN DO CERO STARS AFTER HOW HE TREATED ME, I WOULD; BUT GOOGLE DO NOT LET ME PUT CERO STARS.
I’ve been coming here for a year now and I really like it. it has better equipment than most gyms in Plano for the same price. unfortunately, it’s not actually open 24 hours.
I used to be a 24hr fitness member but stopped my subscription because of the pandemic. Now come to find out post-pandemic that the gym is only open during the morning, daytime, and evening not the night Isn't this now 12hr fitness? A rebranding seems to be needed. It's sad this is how it is because working out at night was most convenient for the shifts I work at my job. What a shame.
Super clean and big. And very friendly and helpful staff.
So far this is my favorite 24 Hour Fitness location. I have always felt comfortable and never judged and everyone has been very sweet so far. I love the spacious layout and the pool, sauna and spa are all amazing. I love how the locker rooms are set up as well although there is literally always wads of hair on the floor in the showers but that could just be from other members being disgusting and lot cleaning up after themselves which is typical because you know... People. But anyway, I definitely recommend!
