Been awhile since i stepped inside 24.  This place was huge! Also very popular, i visited during a very busy time 6-8pm.  I liked everything except the way i was treated checking in. A fren brought me in to go to a class with her to check out the gym n classes. My checking in, was not a good first impression bc i was just a free guest? I guess one potential client means nothing bc this gym was popular and crowded.  The ujam class was 5 star!  I went on a Thursday nite. Not sure if she's there every Thursday but do check out her class for some dancing and great workout.  She was amazing and fun. I missed taking the classes the most when i was a member.

Really nice gym. Big pool that was pretty empty on a Monday morning. Lockers have key code so you don't need a lock. The group classroom is a little small but has mirrors on 3 sides which helps.

The manager is racist. After I showed my foreign passport ID he refused to give the 3 days free pass as stated on the website and in the email. I asked why then he said “because this is determined by the manager and I am one of the managers here!”. I will report and escalate this until someone gives me a reasonable explanation

Prior to the pandemic this was my gym. New machines, clean, great service. I just joined again after leaving a smaller gym that did not meet my expectations, but I have to say, it was in better condition than 24 hour is now! It is literally being ran by one main manager and maybe one other employee. There is no cleaning staff and the place looks like it has not been cleaned in days! Low on cleaning supplies, dirty machines, and just overall not well kept. I asked the manager what was going on and he said many peoples’ hours have been reduced. I plan to see if anything changes in the next few weeks, that is improves. If not, I will not go to this gym. It’s so sad that big gums like this are not willing to pay their employees better wages and keep a cleaner environments

Donot bother to come here try out!  I have applied  3 day free trial pass on line successfully. However,The front desk rejected me to try when I arrived at this store. They say they have policy for serving Cupertino neighbor area, but my address is at San Jose.  If it is your policy, you should state in your website that this store  serve for Cupertino only. System should block my applying free trial. Once system approve, you should honor it.  Please operate your business in a transparent way.

What a typical corporate big box gym. Only trying to make a buck. I signed up online for a 3 day pass for free… I was dead set on switching gyms there but wanted to test my drive time because I would be working out on my lunch breaks. I showed up and the front desk lady would not honor my pass that I signed up for on their website due to me living in San Jose rather than Sunnyvale. Even though I work next door and spend more hours in Sunnyvale than San Jose per week. Weird. Then she proceeded to pitch their most expensive membership that allows me nationwide access…. Even though… I can’t workout there with the pass that I rightfully signed up for because I live 10 minutes down the road. My entire office was on board with getting memberships here because it’s next door, but due to feeling taken advantage of and honestly scammed, we’ll be heading elsewhere. They missed out on 8 memberships due to not honoring the 3 day free pass on their website over the zip code on my ID. Typical 24 hour… we’ll head to a gym with values rather than sales sharks.

It’s been a down hill battle with this location. It is messy often and can be quite disgusting sometimes. Bikes are fully broken. Equipment constantly having issues. Although it can feel like a high traffic location, it doesn’t seem to be treated as such. I frequent less and less although it’s convenient because it’s often not worth it.

24 Hour Fitness Sunnyvale provides a fantastic place for fitness enthusiasts to achieve their goals. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The gym is always neat, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone.  Overall, 24 Hour Fitness Sunnyvale is an excellent gym with a welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and high-quality equipment. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or are an experienced athlete, this gym has plenty to offer everyone. So, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Newer, cleaner, bigger than 105 Fremont. Swimming is unscheduled. Sometimes 2 people per lane. Showers are nicer. But parking lot entrance is tricky.

This is my main gym it's the closest! and I like its size and the fact that not everything is on the same floor. However, there is one issue that plagues this location: utter lack of maintenance. Machines are offline for months, and issues like wobbly handlebars are not fixed for years, if ever. This was the case even before the pandemic. I recently went to a different location in Santa Clara and it was night and day - the equipment was much newer and frankly a pleasure to use, plus the machines weren't quite so close together which I really appreciated.
