I pulled up in a car wash lane to the computer that they have here to pick which kind of car wash I would like, I put my card in , next thing I know , a receipt prints showing me that I’ve been charged $25 for a car wash that I did not pick. I made the employee on duty aware of the system’s mistake. He told me he cannot issue a refund or adjust my purchase at all. I find it odd that a place of business, cannot issue a refund . I feel lied too & he was completely nonchalant & came across like, he could careless I won’t be returning here.

Car wash was at fault. They did not clear the track. Send me through and my car got damage. They said they were not responsible. I called the cops did a incident report. They did not want to pay so I ended up taking them to a small claims court.

Lot is always clean. Staff makes sure that vacuums are unclogged and working well, and trash cans are emptied regularly.  Staff is helpful and professional. Multiple locations in Indiana and Illinois makes having a membership convenient and cost effective.  This is one of the better locations.

Employees are awesome. Provided my concern, they listened, researched information provided and assisted me as a consumer. Car wash does a decent job but may require some personal attention by the owner if the vehicle has additional undercarriage dirt. Vacuums are provided but I did not use. They also have a pet cleaning station which I think is an awesome ideal especially being the owner of six dogs. Big thank you to the three Gentlemen for their assistance.

Been to this car wash many times but never as the driver had a couple fails years ago. They did a great job guiding me in. The car wash does a great job and the free vacuum is an awesome bonus. They’ve got a good promotion right now too. Free car washes for a few weeks with the purchase today.

This was the worst car wash ever.  I used them a couple of times and will not go back.  My car was almost as dirty coming out as it was going in.

Had the monthly membership but was out of our way so I physically went there and cancelled it. They said I'm fine till the end of the month. Well fast forward 15 months later and I'm still getting charged on the 8th of every month. I have called multiple times and the Manager is never in to call back. Not sure what to do next but I would never recommend that place. Rainstorm owner. If you read my review I literally said I physically drove to your car wash and told them to cancel it. Your employee told me it was cancelled. I guess maybe you should train your people better.

Rainstorm Car Wash is pretty economical, but the Hammond Location is horrendous. Broken vacuums, always packed, slow pushing cars out during busy times. Not sure what the solution is. We all know whose breaking the vacuums.

Never again. Scratched my wife's car hood to mirror. Broke the passenger side mirror. Power mirror doesn't work anymore.  She had to go back to get the lens. All they did was offer another wash for her. Dont go there!!!  I emailed Jennifer after her response a few weeks ago and still haven't heard back.

I LOVE having a clean car. Especially when the weather is warm and the sun is shining. We have been using Rainstorm for awhile now. Actually years at this location however, many of those “years” it was not owned by Rainstorm. The transition was smooth though. Monthly wash payments were introduced…unlimited washes for a very reasonable flat fee. Sweet!! Facility is well maintained. You stay in your vehicle through the wash tunnel. Heated dry cycle at the end. Since Rainstorm’s occupation, I’ve only had one wash quality complaint, which was quickly and happily resolved. My only negative is with the free vacuums. But, since they’re free…. Anyway, all too often, many of the vacuums will have minimum suction and I end up going from one set to another trying to find one that works properly. Vacuums aren’t “always” a problem, but often enough so that when you pull up to a set of hoses you’re “hoping” they’re in good working order. When they are, yay!!! You actually celebrate a little. /;-. That said, all and all Rainstorm is a good place with friendly people and customer focus. I recommend you give it a try. They are a chain. The facility I use is on US Rte 30 in Dyer, IN.
