3 Day Suit Broker

Very happy with this establishment. Large store & so organized. We bought a tux, tux shirt & tie for under $250! Would go again & I highly recommend 3 Day Suit Broker in Simi Valley.

Great service and selection! Like the various choices in suits, shirts, and ties. The staff provides great service and advice. It has been a great experience.

Shopping for a simple suit for my fiance to wear for our wedding. He got fitted and sized for a shirt within minutes. The employee was very helpful and attentive even tho there were multiple people shopping in the store. We found what we needed within 1 hour and the tailored suit will be ready in a week.

Returned to 3 Day Suits after a couple of years for new suits. A son's wedding approaches. Good Winter sale going on! Good for us and Fred was an able helper. He was even able to satisfy an unusual color request for the groom. Shirts, sox and ties thrown in on the special and we were happy campers.

I was greeted my Kareem as soon as I entered . He was super friendly and helpful . He helped me pick out a suit and called the tailor to take measurements and I was in and out within 30 mins . Great experience . I will be back

I went here about 4 years ago for the first time to buy 2 dress shirts for interviews and at the time I was working construction at the time so I didn't look the best with just a t shirt and some jeans. So you can imagine I didn't have a great first experience at this location with a guy kind throwing shirts at me that he thought would fit. Then that guy got offended when I asked to try in on and ran to the back to grab a shirt for me to try on. I tried to ask questions and didn't really get very much back. I ended up getting my shirts and leaving eith a bad taste in my mouth not wanting to go back. I held true to that desire not to return until my mother passed away rather suddenly leaving me needing new shirt and potentially a whole new suit. I figured it's right down the street and maybe they'll treat me better this time. When I got there I tried the door and it was locked and I looked in the window and see sorry we are out to lunch which I though oh okay kind of weird hour but alright . Then I noticed someone walking up to the door pointing at the other door. Confused I tried that door which obviously made the gentleman inside upset because then quickly walked up to the Dorr and shuck the sign at me. Neeess to say it seems like they have maintained there attitude throughout the years. I wouldn't recommend this place to new or experienced customers unless you look like you have money or are willing to put up with the attitude for a deal. For me I'm not anymore I make decent money I take myself to a place that treats everyone equally.

I got a wonderful suit here with wonderful service last week. I came in on a Thursday and was told that I could get the alteration done by the following week. I explained that I needed it the coming Sunday, and even though they were swamped because of local school activities, they had it ready for me to pick up late Saturday. I’ve purchased several suits here for myself and my family and have always had the same great results.

We've been here several times, I'm not sure why it seems the service gets worse and worse.the last my husband went in he was measured and sold 3 shirts that when brought home were 2 1/2 sizes to big. We went back to simply exchange them at which point the guy insisted my husband could not possibly fit the smaller size! Honestly that's rude, clearly he doesn't know how to do his job, and I wouldn't trust his measurements.

We had our first visit to 3 Day Suit Broker. My husband was resistant to getting a suit, but once we were there all his hesitation was gone. The staff took such great care of us. Immediately they measured him, walked us around and got to know us, asked questions about what we were looking for, and provided us with selections. The taylor came over and quickly measured him with confidence. He asked some questions about the fit and made us feel like we were in good hands. We really felt taken care of and they weren't pushy salesmen. They respected our price limit that we told them when we went in and I greatly appreciate that. We'll definitely be back!

The gentlemen here were amazing!! Karim helped us after we went to his store and accused them of giving us the wrong sized suit. He exchanged the suits and had the pants fixed and taken out. The wedding was in less than 24 hours and had driven 1.5 hours to his store instead of the one that the suit was originally purchased from. They are very friendly and efficient in what they do. They will have what you need!
