Stay away! This company should be considered a Scam! Bought 2 beds 8k each 6months ago. Both beds came smashed by delivery company. They never got deliver to me. After moths of asking they refunded one bed. It’s been over 6 months now and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Very unprofessional and should be considered a scam!
I bought a hill-rom from 305biomedical and the sales man i guess that was his title Pablo was great help us and we live in Arizona but now he isn't there anymore we have a leak under the bed tried several times to email calling texting noone answers me i did buy the extended warranty on the bed i even contacted Pablo yesterday and told him i wished he was there and he even tried to help this morning after calling a person i didn't know told me the are going out of business but nothing on their website states that only temporarily closed today and also says open i dont know contacting the BBB because i think they should honor the warranty and they show they are still selling the beds. Ill give Pablo 5 stars but the company itself none. I was once their fan even told others how great they were Were is the word they should've kept Pablo

We do NOT recommend doing business with 305biomedical dba South Florida Advanced Solutions LLC, or company’s owner, Mauricio Reina. On March 16, 2023, my 95 year old mom fell and suffered a broken leg femur. She ended up needing surgery and remained hospitalized until her release on April 4. The day before her release, on April 3, my sister, my brother and I decided to find a hospital bed for mom. This is when we came across the 305biomedical webpage. We went ahead and did an online order for the hospital bed. Within hours of placing the order my mom’s visiting nurse informed us that mom had been approved for a hospital bed. We immediately contacted 305biomedical and informed them that we needed to cancel the order. Mauricio Reina and his employee by the name Pablo both informed us that the order could not be canceled or refunded. For those reading, please note that it only took a few hours for us to let this company know that we needed to cancel the order. At this time, 305biomedical has charged us $2,780 and has no confirmation that they actually had a bed ready wrapped to be shipped to my mom’s home in the first few hours of the order. To this date, they’ve never provided a tracking for the shipping. THERE’S NO BED. We’ve asked for a refund and what we’ve gotten is a NO answer for refund. We don’t want to do business with this company or individuals and we will never recommend them to anyone. We believe this company and the owner have acted in bad faith. These are hard times for many companies trying to stay in business but how are these companies staying in business being so scrupulous? You're running a SCAM. People PLEASE BEWARE. The Vazquez family
My questions were answered thoroughly prior to placing the order. My bed order was taken and confirmed efficiently and courteously by Pablo. Brochures, manuals, training videos were sent by email within hours of order confirmation. I opted for inside delivery which was discussed in detail and set up a couple of days later. Communication regarding delivery day and time where confirmed twice 2 days before and 1 day before. Delivery was on time and handled very professionally and courteously by Carlos and his assistant. Carlos ran the bed through its paces while showing me how to work the control panel. Even though I had reviewed the operation documentation beforehand I appreciated him "showing me the ropes." I am very satisfied with the bed, the timely service and the courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff.

I purchased a Hill-Rom hospital bed for my mother who is confined to the bed. The bed is very good. It looks almost brand new and functions perfectly. Initially there was a problem because a hose on the air mattress was disconnected. First they tried to help me over the phone, and when I was unable to resolve the problem, they sent someone to my house to fix what the problem. This bed is so much better than the previous bed we had. I am very happy with the bed and the service!
I purchased a Hill ROM SPO2RT refurbished hospital bed from 305 consumables in June of this year. I was very happy with the service they gave me in choosing the bed and getting it shipped and set up for me. I also purchased a two year extended warranty. There have been a few small issues with the bed and 305 consumables took care of it right away. I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend this company.
I dont usually write a review but in this case I want to do one. This is a great company. I bought a bed and it didnt work properly. The owner came from Miami to Columbus then drove 2 hours in the rain to fix my bed. He spent half thg he day working on it. It now works perfectly. He was so polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I only wish I could give them 6 stars.
