My experience is bad, I chose this place because of the stars and reviews but today I’m so disappointed! I have been trying to have an appointment for more than one month, first they put me with a doctor that is retired, then the second time I spent my day because when I was inside they said the doctor is too old and he only receives special VIH patients so I went for nothing , after that they changed my appointment for one week later and they canceled it again and today I was supposed to have my 4th appointment and they just told me that my appointment is not in the system… can you believe it!! This is insane!!! Maybe the doctors are good, I don’t know , but the customer service is terrible, there is not a good communication with the staff, the patient and the insurance! Today I quit and I’m going to change the office and doctor, after one month I just spent my time for NOTHING! Good luck if you choose this place!
Wonderful vaccine experience. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. They are VERY organized and staff was all super friendly.
Once able to schedule an appointment, the process of check-in, validation of identity, brief questions regarding medical history, waiting time very short, and actual administration was timely and efficient. As a nurse, I appreciated the correct cleansing and administration technique observed. Staff could not have been more pleasant. If interested or keeping track, I had absolutely no side effects following the second vaccine, not even a sore arm.
I got my two COVID 19 shots and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is professional and the service highly efficient. The highlight being the great attitude and good humor of the whole Jackson team that made the process of vaccination easy and not stressful.
My husband and I went this morning for our first COVID-19 vaccination. Thank you to the staff who guided us through the effortless process. Helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, supportive, and safety conscious. We also have our date of return for the second vaccine in February. Highly recommend! We are grateful for the easy-to-navigate process and follow through. From signing up online to actually getting the vaccination, you made it easy and reassuring.
The staff at north dade health center were on point. The ladies who gave me my vaccine were the nicest and funniest people I could have experienced during a time like this. They made me feel great about receiving the vaccine as well as cheerful celebrating the fact that they were able to administer vaccines. I am so thankful for the staff who made this experience seamless, and easy. Worth everything. Held back tears of joy, after a year of social distancing and doing my part to stay home to stop the spread. Thankful for this opportunity and had hope for the first time in a year.
The facility was set to accommodate vaccinations for over 65 for Covid. The staff was exceptionally well organized, efficient and very friendly. We went in and received our shots my wife and I and after a prescribed wait, were discharged. The whole process was very fast with the longest waiting time, the necessary wait to determine if we would have an allergic reaction. Great experience.
The Covid vaccine process exceeded my expectations. I heard about long lines and delays at other facilities, and was greatly impressed by the ease and pleasant experience - greatly enhanced by the smiling, efficient staff and their incredibly well organized process. I was back in my car and on my way before my set appointment time even began. The parking was abundant and shady, and it was very easy to find off the Palmetto. I HIGHLY recommend and look forward to having my second injection at the same facility.
My husband and I each had our 2 vaccines here. Everyone was wonderful. Very organized and efficient but at the same time very caring. In and out quickly. Large and professional staff. Thx so much for the vaccine. You made it easy.
I was able to book my mom's vaccine appointment just last night for this morning. She said the vaccine process was smooth and extremely efficient. The staff was very friendly, and she was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great job guys! Thank you for vaccinating our seniors!
