Acupuncture
When it comes to acupuncture, one of the most important things is to make a proper diagnosis. In order to do this, I use two main approaches. The first is question and observe; the second is the pulse. Through pulse, Chinese Medical theory allows us to communicate with each organ and bodily system directly. In my own experience, it is a matter of both feeling the internal rhythm of the body, and making an intuitive connection with each organ. By addressing root imbalances, in addition to the presenting complaints, we can achieve a deeper level of self-sustaining health.
Alchemy Qigong
Alchemy Qigong is a full spectrum, multi-faceted system of tools for self-healing. It is divided into several categories of training which include: Walking Alchemy, Gong Fu Fusion, Ground Practices, and
Alchemy Tai Chi.
Walking Alchemy works primarily at a structural level by opening the joints, releasing fascia restrictions, improving physical alignment, and cultivating balance. Gong Fu Fusion is a term used to describe the process of training to increase muscle strength, improving flexibility, and coordinate the mind with the body. Ground Practices offer the opportunity to increase core strength, eliminate chronic stress from the major joints including: shoulders, hips and spine. The ground practice also involves deep meditation for still point awareness and spiritual growth. Alchemy Tai Chi blends the energy of the other three practices into an orchestrated sequence, which allows energy to flow in harmonious and inspirational ways. This aspect of practice begins to carry over into everyday life, bringing both clarity and energy to daily interactions.

Myofascial & Energetic Rebalancing (Fascia-Energy Work)
Using techniques both strong and subtle, I work to communicate with your body and its intrinsic rhythms. By identifying and releasing physical adhesions within the myofascial layers of tissue, we are able to not only free up the physical restrictions to movement, but also open the energetic meridians of the body to better support homeostasis. This results in greater freedom, but also a deeper connection to your own inner vitality.
