This is an exceptional gym!! Having worked out in 3 different gyms in SRQ, I can absolutely say this is hands down the best place!! The trainers are friendly and professional. The owners are fabulous. .always welcoming everyone. The gym itself is spotless and immaculate. I work w/ Reggie and he is the best. Knowledgeable and personable. DARIO, my personal trainer at SRQ Health has been my trainer for the past 7 years and is FANTASTIC! He keeps me in great shape with a lot of exercises including boxing, jumping rope and some laughs hahaha. The environment is positive and full of energy.
