When it comes to high quality Krav Maga and martial arts instruction, 360 is the name to remember. 360 Krav Maga started in Long Beach, CA under Alan Predolin, former U.S. Director for Krav Maga Global. Alan has taken Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and made a system that is revolutionizing the self defense community.

Brian has been mentored by Alan since 2009. In addition, Brian is a certified instructor under Eyal Yanilov, and has trained under Eyal from 2008 - 2016.

Aside from over 18 years of Krav Maga experience, Brian has been studying martial arts for over 30 years, with a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and experience in Okinawan Karate, Muay Thai, and BJJ.

We currently teach group classes in Spring Hill at the Winchester Community Center at Evans park (lower level of the Senior Center)

We have an amazing, dynamic Kids Instructor that inspires kids to be their absolute best!We offer Little Dragons Ages 4 - 6 and Kids Krav JR Ages 7 - 12. Teens 13 and older will fall into our adult program.....but teens tend to stick together in the adult program!Our Adult Program is led by head instructor, Brett Penix, who has over 30 years experience in martial arts, with over 10 years in Krav Maga.We have several membership options for you to choose from that range from $109 - $169 a month, depending on how often you want to train - plus we have great family plans!The first step is to let us know you're interested!!"

Highly recommended! Brett and his team want their students trained properly and advance their students not based on time or money spent on the training, but in skills. They advance students when the STUDENT is ready. This unlike other schools.  My son has trained for two years. I decided to join him before another birthday went by. The trainers and even the team members are concerned for the beginners and make sure stances and moves are understood.  This is great training to build confidence, stamina, awareness, and the ability to defend oneself and loved ones.

I love 360!! Coach Brett is not only very talented, but wonderful at explaining things throughly and never minds if we need to see something more than once. I started coming here when I was 16 to learn some self-defense before college. I got that and so much more—the community here is tangible and something I really miss since coming to college. Unfortunately there aren’t 360 gyms everywhere, and Coach Brett even helped me find a new gym he thought would be a good fit where I was moving. I cannot say enough good things about this place, the people who train here, and the coaches. Joining will be the best choice you ever make.

As a someone who has trained in martial arts and also owned a martial arts school I can say without hesitation that 360 Krav Maga is the best of the best.  Not all martial arts schools are created equal and in a day and age where many instructors sacrifice quality for money- 360 is not one of those schools.  You are taught real life saving defensive tactics in a safe and friendly environment.  Brian and Deanna care about each student and have worked hard to create a family friendly atmosphere.  Egos are thrown out the window and people from all walks of life can benefit from what this gym has offer.  I encourage everyone to give this gym a try- you will not be disappointed!

I have been a martial artist for most of my life. I have earned my black belt in Wado Ryu in Mt. Juliet and was looking for a nearby place in Spring Hill I moved here. I have been to many places which failed to teach effectively. This place reminds me of my Wado Ryu dojo which I spent about 10 years in. The welcoming community is phenomenal, and everyone motivates each other. Although there is a ranking system, superior ranks do not look down upon lower ranks as I've experienced in several schools. The environment is completely judgement-free and extremely positive. I have been to several martial arts schools, and this one is the absolute best.

I have been training here for 2 years. I started because my girls were interested and at the time they needed a ride. I have to believe that not only did it change my life in the end it will probably save it. The Krav Maga training is valuable for self-defense and being fit.  When they started the Kick Boxing class it was great, I had the cardio work out intense nonstop action.  This is awesome gym with great owners, instructors, and members. I would strongly encourage anyone who has children that are interested in self-defense to check it out, you may end up doing it for yourself.

I have been going to 360 going on 4 months now and I feel like I have learned a lot, the instructor Brett is a very good and patient man, he teaches very well. The students and staff are all very nice and are willing to help anyway they can.

Took a fitness kickboxing class tonight and it was fantastic!  Zero intimidation, everyone was very helpful, and I'll definitely be back!  UPDATE:. I've been coming to classes for over a month and I'm getting stronger and more flexible.  I'm also gaining muscle and losing fat.  These are all things that keep me coming back!  UPDATE: several months in and am forming friendships as well as getting healthy.  Don't wait!  Come join us!
