Dalton is always fantastic with helping customers walk through their spa repairs. It's been a while since we needed any parts but our 18 year old J355 needed a new circulation pump, even though they didn't have it in stock he was kind enough to point me in the direction of someone who had them in stock so I could make my repair before the cold weather comes in. A+++ to these folks, highly recommend!
Just bought a mattress from here and couldn’t be happier with what we got! Mr. Dalton showed my fiancé and I around the showroom full of various options for every type of sleeper and set us up with a mattress that provided us with a superb sleep. I was happy to find somebody with extensive knowledge about mattress flavors that helped me decide on one to fit us comfortably while also being able to contort it to fit in our tight stairway without damage. After trying a bunch out we decided on one that I found to be second to none and without having to deal with the hassle of trying and exchanging mattresses online. I’ve had my new bed setup for a few months now and I can still confidently say it’s the most comfortable setup i’ve ever experienced!
This is a friendly place. The free sheets with our purchase were very good. We bought a mattress with high expectations, but after less than 6 months of totally normal use even by me ~ a 120 lb person it was already sunk in on the top and bulging out at the sides. Just disappointed that we will have to shop for a new mattress again so soon. If you shop here, plan to only buy a name brand mattress to get one that will last. The brands you haven’t heard of before will leave you disappointed.
Dalton at Forty Winks has been an awesome help! I contacted him a long time ago on a long shot looking for a topside controller for my jacuzzi. He had the part and was able to get it sent to me quickly at a reasonable price. In my discussion with him, he helped kind of diagnose my issues and confirmed that it was most likely my topside controller. Turned out to be the case and I'm glad I purchased from him. Recently, I had another issue with my hot tub and I was not able to further diagnose it. I contacted Dalton again it had been a couple of years and he listened to my issues with my tub and dove in trying to help me troubleshoot ideas I hadn't. There was a potential for some high-dollar parts, but he continued to help me troubleshoot to exhaust every possibility before going that route. Eventually his knowledge and efforts led me to the proper diagnosis and I was able to solve my problem without a purchase. Honestly, I kind of wish I had to purchase something because he was so helpful. I plan to continue any purchases I need for my hot tub through him at Forty Winks. In an era when it seems to be so hard to find, Dalton is providing awesome customer service!!! I'd highly recommend him and his business to anyone in need of parts, troubleshooting or service!

Went in to look for me a new bed since I've been having back problems and they fixed me up and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very polite and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you
A family business that treats you like family. I purchased a dream maker hot tub. From the start, communication was up-front. No smoke and mirrors, he was upfront about the price, ordering, and the process. Never was I pressured. I asked to see the access panels removed from the hot tub to see the build quality, and he had it ready and removed when I arrived! Since the tubs are built to order, I'd call periodically to ascertain the status. and he always let me know where it was in build/delivery process and when to anticipate delivery. Finally, the delivery and installers were exceptional and included in the original price. I couldn't get time off work, so I arranged to meet them at lunch; I dropped the check off, told them where I wanted the tub, and left the house unlocked so they could gain access to the circuit breaker panel. I trusted them that much! When I came home from work, the hot tub was hot-n-ready with chemicals and all! They left a friendly note, and locked the house up. Never in my life had I experienced such professionals. I highly recommend Forty Winks!
The owner was relatively nice before we purchased anything. We thought it was going to be a good experience until we got our new bed and pillows home. We were extremely unhappy about the bed we got. Instead of giving us a new bed he packaged up the floor model and sold us a dirty used mattress. We didn't realize that until we got it home and saw that the plastic was all taped up and the mattress was dirty. We also purchased 3 new pillows and again we got all used pillows. One even had a tag missing and another was extremely dirty. So when we returned the pillow and tried to report the problem, Dalton the owner was very dismissive and rude and blamed us for the pillow being ruined. I would never recommend this place to anyone and certainly won't go back. He is nice to your face until he gets your money. One star is too much for this business!
Dalton has been a first class service provider on my jacuzzi hot tub and I appreciate his wisdom and knowledge. I live in virginia and have been buying from him for three years. It us always a pleasure to speak with him and rely on his in the field knowledge of hot tubs. My only regret is that I don't live closer to the store but shipping has been very easy and efficient.
I purhased a hot tub pump and received it in less than 2 days. I was extremely impressed with the shipping times. The pump was installed and found to be defective. I made a phone call to Forty Winks and the problem was resolved immediately. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future. Thanx
