Most convenient and closest oversize vehicle or and RV parking. Very affordable. During my visit it cost me $15 to pa k from 9:00AM to 11:59PM. I am thankful to the City of VA Beach for this great asset.
Beware; I purchased a permit for Lot #4, I parked in one of several available spots. I was issued a Ticket By T. Sinclair. Clearly there was an error on the part of T. Sinclair. The ticket states parked in oversize spot! WRong! There was no sign, and still 10 days later no sign. After several calls to various departments, pictures and emails to several departments; parking management, city treasurer, etc. to rectify the erroneous ticket issuance. Could this be the city scamming tax paying citizens? What a disgrace, no logic, no reasoning, no justice, just give an innocent person a ticket and be told you can go to court and dispute it! I wonder how many other people were given tickets for the same spot, there still is no sign and how long the sign was absent, I don't know. What really annoyed me was the City Treasurer's Deputy, stated the sign was stolen! I spoke to the City Treasurer, she tried to speak on my behalf. She was the only logical person of the bunch. Not worth my time.
Summer months is high. Make double sure that you PAY THE METORS AND KEEP UP WITH THEM DONT get to in gross in what you doing and forget the meter AFFORDABLE TOWING WILL HAVE YOUR CAR UP IN THE AIR IN NO TIME. Straight crooks
Park for free in Greenport and walk two blocks to the waterfront park and marina. Greenport is a walking village. No need to get stuck in traffic downtown in search of parking. Park here for free!
We had a 29ft RV for our trip. Using this lot was straight forward. We went off season so there was ample parking and it was easy to navigate.
$20 all day parking
The $80 season pass is such a deal if you work out like too fish the inlet. OH, and it lets you park at 2nd Street, 19th Street, and Croatan lots, unlimited for free till October 31st, swappable for 2 different vehicles.
Liked it. I had an errand to run before a concert, needless to say if you are walking far up the strip be aware you'll get some exercise on the way back!
