The parking attendant was super friendly and we went on a not so busy day. There was plenty of parking and the lot was clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The beach was great and we can’t wait to visit again!
Local crystal water beach hidden from tourists surrounded by luxury homes. The beach is physically divided in 2 sides; surfing and swimming. There is a public parking lot that charges $3.00 for VA Beach residents and $7.00 for other residents. Public bathrooms and showers are available. There is no place to buy food/drinks near by. Bring your own.
The parking lot is very well maintained and has a public restroom and separate area for changeing.
Love surfing at this place. It is not as crowded as First Street.

The Croatan lot is a great place to park at Virginia Beach. There are bathrooms, rinsing stations, and when the surf is up the waves are pretty good here. We locals have to pay $3 these days but don't mind. Out of towners pay double. At the moment cash is not accepted. Credit or bank cards are OK.
Was there for a beach wedding after Thanksgiving. Short board walk to the beach hugh parking bathrooms locked this time of year. Door falling off porta potty. Lots of surfers out, dog walkers. I would recommend it for a good beach walk.
If you are resident it is the best beach to go to not not overcrowded the parking lot is wonderful $3 if you're Virginia resident it has a bathroom and life guards.
