The Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention- (CAPP) Program is a holistic program that provides evidence-based programs to at-risk African American and Latino youth, entrenches our staff in the schools to provide one-on-one counseling and referrals, provides teens with youth development activities, targets adolescents and professionals with outreach and information about accessing family planning services, and leads a community-wide response to address health disparities and promote adolescents’ sexual health.
We are here to provide sexual and reproductive health care and information to teens in Nassau County!
