I went up there to get some information with my man. The lady on the phone was very rude. She couldn't answer any of his questions. No matter how simple a question may be you cannot expect people to know everything about unions.. The whole point of your job as a customer service operator is to BE KIND AND KINDLY ANSWER questions and inform those who seek it. OTHERWISE IF EVERYTHING IS ON GOOGLE THAN WHY DO WE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS??? Especially with a bad attitude. Please hire more respectful people who are actually willing to help. Otherwise you can HIRE GOOGLE.
Not enough work for all the members, which means part time employment, considered a contractor,s local, has the union under there thumb, a lot of members scared of there job and will do anything to keep it, most don't even follow the principal agreement.Sad situation

Local 134 is a joke. They back a candidate for governor who is known for hiring NON UNION labor. Way to spend our pac fund. Never again will I be donating to this fund....
