This store was closed for four months, but now, after a lot of remodeling work, it has reopened. And it is beautiful! It is a welcome spot in the neighborhood since it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I stopped in yesterday and had a nice chat with the two staff members on duty.
My reason for 3 stores is your fridge must be broken because none of your drinks are close to being cold. I stopped getting my lottery, cigarettes and snacks here because I'd rather go down to the next corner store where the drinks are cold. The employees are not rude or anything but may not appreciate job since the store is not clean anytime of day I've stopped by. Management needs to address a few things and the store would do better. You have a great busy location but I can guarantee to you many locals don't shop here anymore.
NOT OPEN 24 hours. We stopped off the highway at 11:10 pm and had to get back on the highway to find another place to get a soda, after a long day/incoming flight from the Portland airport.
Before they had boarded it up and reopened it was the friendliest store In wilsonville. But now they have the same kind of rude customer service as all the other stores in the area. In particularly Julia. Super rude.
My local 7-Eleven is the only ATM in town that doesn't charge me money. And I love the big dog with sauerkraut!
These past year reviews are all wrong. This is a great 7-11 especially for its small size and the large amount of traffic it receives. I'm a daily customer and the crew that stuck around during the pandemic are great and hard workers. Store is clean, and a good stock for the crazy amount of customers they have. Wilsonville has some homeless that chill near the store but that's anywhere in Oregon. This one is at least not even close to the stuff that you see in down town. I'm also an uber eats driver and you guys just gotta understand that certain things at convenience stores aren't always in stock. Their night shift lady, Chris, is a real trooper. She deals with the dregs at night every night but always smiles and keeps a good attitude.
Went in yesterday at around 2:30pm gentleman there I think he said his name was Josh greeted me when I came in and told me about how to get my 3rd redbull free also saved me 4 dollars on my cigarettes just for buying 2 packs what a great customer service experience!!!!!
Today mother's day of all day i spent the day door dashing with my daughter and came to this location to pick up a fairly large order only 3 meat rollers needed to be cooked and the gentleman working was so terribly disrespectful to my young daughter it was no okay . He told her it was going to take half a hour to get this order ready because he had to cook it ... his tone was so rude and he is not some young kid hes a older gentleman.. im never coming here again my daughter was so upset by the way she was treated .
Never know what will get here. I've seen just about everything. Working doing drug deals in the parking lot. Employees clearly high at work. Workers with no personality or customer service skills and a management that would rather talk about getting drunk to the employees the say hi to a customer. Lady checking me out even started texting mid transaction.
Multiple horrifying customer service experiences, including being called the N word with a hard r. DHS Oregon now has a complaint filed with 7-11 directly because of ONE CASHIER during multiple experiences that involved them as well, to the point this cashier even made one of their workers breakdown after the experience. Someone needs to find a stay at home job, I'm autistic and even my people skills aren't that bad.
