As far as gas stations go this is top quality of Debary. Dude at the counter is friendly and helpful. Solid food. Has a air filling station. But not owned by 7-11 and doesn’t work all the time*
Always clean and always friendly staff. Both bathrooms work and are CLEAN. Great coffee and plenty of gas pumps!
Great store, but horrible manager. Pulled up to the pump today with my buddy to get gas, we hadn’t started pumping before the b**** manager comes out rudely telling us we can’t park at the pump and have to leave. Tried to talk to her but she was persistent and very rude. Gladly took my business down the road. Have spoken to several people who’ve had similar experiences at this same shop with her rushing people out. Mind you there was not ONE other person at this entire shop.. Just me and one other person parked at the same pump on bikes.. pitiful.
Told me I needed to get out of their store because I had my service dog with me. She didn’t have her vest on but underneath the ADA my service dog doesn’t need to have her vest on. The middle aged guy and a girl with a nose piercing yelled at me and lied to tell me that it was the 7/11 rules and once I called corporate they said that is definitely not true and that my service dog is protected by law. I left shaking and I had to pull over due to having a panic attack. I will never come here again.
The b%$%$ manager woman at the counter ignored me and another customer to make a pizza. When she made contact with me she was rude. I understand that 7-11 is scared to let bad employees go due to the lack of people applying. But if they keep employees like this, they will lose customers
Visited your location in Debary and was so happy to see that Zach is back!! This gentleman has the best customer service and outstanding personality this store has ever had.. I have worked in the convenience store industry and I know a great employee when I see one.. you should see an increase in your sales now that you have Zach back!! Thank you!!!
Every week when I pay at the pump I have to go inside to get my receipt. The whole purpose of paying at the pump is so that you can get your gas get your receipt and go. When I mentioned it to them they always say, oh sometimes it gets stuck or oh it must’ve run out! How come the other gas stations don’t have the same problem they do with keeping the paper in the machine for the receipt. I don’t take the chance anymore so I buy my gas elsewhere!
I work on the road. This is the worst 711 I have ever been too!!! I have no idea how these employee's still have a job here. Very rude. Stop there to eat lunch. Spent $35 bucks on food for my crew. Was told we couldn't eat there. 711 needs to do something about this

Two employees working when me and 1 other customer got there. We were ignored for the first 5 minutes. He got to order his food and then I was completely ignored for the next 7 plus minutes while they one employee worked and the other didn't do a damn thing but look at her watch and say I'll be back
