WARNING: OWNER IS A THIEF Absolutely the worst owner on Earth. Treats staff and customers like his personal playground of amusement. It's an establishment not canal street. You shouldn't have the owner keep your change from every person that comes in. I watched him do it to 3 young girls with slurpees then to my 7 year old son. Then he tries to cover up and say oh you want it ill get it now. I said nah ill see you one with a Google review.
Some of the workers here are extremely rude. Just let me buy my item in peace without commenting. This 711 is close to my house so I go in often but I wish some of the older staff can leave. Some of the workers that worked here before were nice.
Employees are rude…two of them think they are entitled to keep your loose change when paying cash…saving it for themselves….they don’t even offer it back…Another, floods the parking lot air with his weed smoke…get high off the clock buddy. Also, recently 11/22 prices went through the roof 4$ for Pringle’s, 15$ for smokes. I don’t mind the inconvenience to go a little further and save my hard earned money. I refuse to be disrespected by the workers here and so I will no longer be a customer of this 7-11.
I bought a coffee and donut, because on the window there was a sign of free donut with the coffee. When I got to the line the cashier short guycharged me for the coffee and donut when I told him about the special he told me the special is old and he forgot to remove the sign. He was very nasty about it.
Beware. Use cash, NOT your card and remember to get your change back.
Was the best I have ever been to. Been to a lot all thru the east coast .lately it has been not run well loved all the people that have worked there especially Jennifer and a couple of people don't know there names forgive me wish you would bring back the great workers ...ps a talked to other patiions and they said the same thing .
Nice people could be a little cleaner smells like B.O in store and workers have to start asking for ID when people pay with a credit card or debit card
this store is horrible!!! I just went in there and there were two clerks, one of whom had a mask around his neck and the other one had NO MASK at all!! When I politely asked them to wear a mask, "Chris" the one with no mask started screaming at me 'you dont know if I have COVID! you dont know me!!. its christmas, give me a break! If you dont like it, dont come in here anymore, we dont need your business." I certainly will not go there anymore, and neither will my husband, my sister, or my parents, all of whom live in the area and go there on a regular basis.
This is one of the better 7-elevens. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I sometimes drive out of the way to go to this store over other stores that are closer to my house.
Staff is really kind and friendly!
