We had such a good time at the Cheesecake Factory. Our group of eight, and we were celebrating 4 birthdays. We ordered so many appetizers that we almost couldn't eat the main course as we share all the appetizers. When dinner arrived, we all we all had something different, and every thing tasted great. One of the reasons why we had such a good time was because Jordan was taking care of us. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable of the menu. Anything that we needed, from a question to more drinks or bread, he took care of it. *Management should recognize how good he is. He makes you feel positive about the experience we had. We will definitely ask for him on the next trip.
Quality of the ingredients diminished. I was shocked to say the least, I never had an issue before. Disappointed. Here are some pictures of some of the items we ordered Streen corn: not so good, bland Chicken taquitos: great French fries: below average Crusted chicken romano: Terrible!, the chicken was like rubber, the sauce was full of sugar, sweet. We also had: dynamite shrimp: not good because its 95% breading 5% shrimp.
There was a short wait to get a table but it was worth it. Nicely decorated, this is a busy restaurant. Plenty of appetizer and entree choices on the menu. The fried fish was delicious. So many different flavors of cheesecake! We tried the Key Lime and it was very tasty. Friendly servers and reasonable prices.
To describe my experience here in one word would be "patient". My family and I came here on a Friday evening, so it is quite packed. The estimated waiting time was as we were informed, so no surprises there. I would be annoyed at the long wait time in-between each dish, but I am a patient person. Not only that, but silver-lining is, my family and I had time to digest the large appetizer. The food is superb and the cheesecake is heavenly. My advise to everyone is that you need to be patient. It may be because it was crowded when we went, so it is slower that day. However, it is worth the wait. If you do get the cheesecake, I will say it is really smooth and creamy, but is strong. It will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth, but it is not ideal for those who cannot stand things that are very sweet. Parking: You will be parking in the Smith Haven mall's parking lot. Obviously, since it is a large shopping mall, the parking spots depends on the day and time. Plan ahead and try to get there early on late-nights and weekends.
Took my daughter before returning to college for brunch. Arrived at 10:40. The restaurant was about 95% empty. The greeter made us wait for about 15 minutes before being seated. There were people that arrived after us who was seated before us. The excuse was our booth was being set up though no one was there prior. We couldn't understand why we had to wait for so long at the start of your day. Finally we placed the order and the 1st item to arrive were the Fried Mac & Cheese balls. One cut into it and we found out it was still frozen on the inside. I called the waitress over who wanted to have it corrected. She returned after a few minutes and again, one bite into it we noticed the cheese balls were still cold. Once again called the waitress over and she took it away. I told her we did not want it anymore. Then after about another 20 - 30 minutes the meal started to arrive. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with 'buffalo' dressing. When I checked out my chicken sandwich I noticed what was made for me was a spicy chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo. Called the waitress over again and she apologized yet again. I told her something has to be done. She indicated she was going to try to have the manager to something. I told her that I didn't want it then and then she went to the manager. She returned and indicated that the manager removed the chicken sandwich. We didn't even complain about the egg on the eggs on the chicken & waffles benedict which was supposed to be poached. The egg was well done. This was just a terrible experience overall. Still costing me $88. The manager did not even come by to apologize for the issues. At this point The Cheesecake Factory is not a great restaurant to visit.
The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places to come. I decided to have a quick bite before heading to the mall. The food was great. The waiter was awesome! The egg roll samplers are a must! The coconut cheesecake my new favorite! I will definitely be back! We also ordered the calamari which was awesome, gumbo, coconut shrimp, buffalo chicken blast. The food was awesome. I will definitely be back!

I ordered takeout and I enjoyed it so much that I had to call the manager Heather and tell her how much I enjoyed it. Thanks again Heather to you and your team. Sal P.s. Heather sounded so excited and appreciative on the phone. Adorable
We have eaten here a number of times and service is hit or miss. This visit we had an amazing server who was on her game the entire time. We did not have to ask for beverage refills because she was on top of it. Our food orders came out right and cooked perfectly. The portions are diner like generous, even the desserts. All in all, it was a great meal with some great friends.
Stop by for brunch at the cheesecake factory at smith Grove for my favorite French toast brulee and also share some other dishes that I was disappointed with starting with the huevos rancheros. They didn't have much flavor at all. The one things is for sure that the French toast brulee is amazing.
