I couldn't be more thankful for Mark everything ha as been going wrong always get hot coco and other things every  Mark red hair amazing ligit worked on the machine  for like 20 mins so I could get my coco made my night he's amazing I would ligit tip him if I could  thank you so much every time so polite knows what hes doing never lazy just had to post this

First off, Christopher Luna's review clearly shows he's uneducated. No legitimate business will sell ANY group alcohol if anyone within that group is unable to provide proper identification or if anyone is underage. The latter is considered selling alcohol to a minor, and legally if you appear to be under 40 years old, they are required to ask for an ID. The cashier was doing her job in accordance with state laws, so Christopher decided to give the store 1 star because they refused to BREAK THE LAW FOR HIM? That's ridiculous and he clearly needs to get a grip.  Secondly, this spot gets a terrible reputation and it has for decades. I frequent it because it's the closest place to my home that's open 24/7 and, trust me, when you're basically nocturnal like I am, you want to be friendly with those who work where you shop! I've never had a bad interaction with anyone who works there or shops there.  I hope those of you who HAVE will keep in mind that every single one of us has bad days, especially working with the public. I also hope those with previous poor experiences will give them another shot, but that is your choice. 7-Eleven, thank you for your commitment to the public and for remaining open 24/7 when all other stores have since limited their hours. Especially during COVID-19! You're all rockstars in my book! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great coffee .. late at night .  I drive for Uber and my taxi app .. late .. hard to find fresh coffee

Went in Monday night to get more minutes for my tracfone ran out of receipt paper they tried to reprint it and code didn't print out and only had one person working register so I decided to take receipt and go in next day and after waiting 30 minutes was told nothing they can do and call customer care which I couldn't because needed the minutes for my phone so they ripped me off of 22.25 and very rude about it.

All the ladies that r there are amazingly nice and sweet. They actually make conversations with you their friendly and professional.  a 10pm when I go in for my redbulls every night.

I was new to the area, stopped at this 7 - 11 and went inside. Never again. The girl behind the counter couldn't help me find something because she was new and in training, explains the mask on her chin and by far, the dirtiest store I have ever seen. Assortment of sketchy people outside. Went to the car, locked it promptly, have never been back. Remembering the Wizard of Oz, "I'd turn back if I were you."

Recently on the phone with customer relations after being assaulted by a dirty toothless man wearing  a 7/11 sweatshirt, after he berated the clerk for not making him fresh coffee in the  middle of serving a line of customers. Photos of his greasy fingerprints from pulling himself up to hit me while I was in my truck.

New to the area ,Came here with my brother we grabbed chips and slurpys and brought a 6 pack beer Lady ask id for both of us i said i have an id and she still wouldnt sell me the beer because i have a minor with me ,what makes her think that im going to give beer to my little brother very rude.she needs to think more open its very ridiculous wish they can find better people in this place SMH

Kelly is very disrespectful, yells, she discriminates the assistant manager. Hali calls assistant manger names. Owner doesnt do anything. Kelly will be okay with only certain people hanging outside of the store while some others she will say its not allowed.

I've been here at 6pm, and I've been here at 6am, and the one thing that never changes is the constant presence of vagrants and various other weirdos hanging out here.  I live maybe a quarter mile from here, and I tell my girlfriend to avoid this place like the plague.  It's far easier and safer to drive the mile and a half to Circle-K.  For clarification, let me add this: The coffee, food, service, products, everything there is just fine... It's the fear ot being shanked in the parking lot for crack money that keeps me away from here.
