One of the Worst T-mobile stores I’ve ever been in. Definitely several of the staff members Are amazing. Yet 3 days later, & even with a call from customer care we’ve been lied to, pushed off and given excuses as to why we can’t do anything with the account. Was so horrible that even T-mobile customer care on the phone said he’s either Being lazy or don’t know his job. When the phone was returned to me. 0 stars

There was one employee that was stellar. He was honest enough to tell me that service where I lived wasn't good. I should have listened to him and stopped there, but I proceeded to attempt to open an account online which turned out disastrous! If you are interested in T-Mobile for a carrier I would advise going into this store for assistance and do not go online. Unfortunate I didn't get his name but he is a younger fellow with glasses and he is there to help the other staff.  They should clone him, otherwise I would have rated the store a one.

DONT GO HERE! Mark was a nice guy, but the manager was a joke! Spent a lot of money on 2 iPhones, was promised gift cards for porting our numbers over, when that didn’t happen, the manager was like “ oh well, nothing I can do” and just walked away from me! Needless to say I returned those phones! And they had the nerve to charge me 140 for restocking fee!! Joke! Don’t waste your time or money!

This store is beyond fabulous.  I had a lot of issues at another store and Ryan went far above and beyond working on my behalf to resolve the issues.  I cannot emphasize enough how professional, friendly, reassuring and helpful he was.

While I can’t speak much for T-Mobile home internet or customer service via phone I will say Nate at this location is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with an ongoing modem issue and for that reason alone I gave 5 stars. Thank you Nate!

I’m providing 5 stars to acknowledge Dealia & her fantastic customer service. Not only did she quickly and efficiently guide me through what I thought was a complex process. She did so with confidence & answered all of my questions. I feel I am in great hands here at T-mobile. Thank you for your outstanding service. Special thanks to Dealia as she is an asset to this store.

Very disappointed with the service received from this store. The lady on duty lacked personal skills, made cancelling a plan very difficult, and made significant errors throughout the payment process. I would give this store a zero star if I could.

I wish I could give this TMobile location 0 stars. Literally have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did here. Whoever works Wednesday evenings are very rude. We came in to trade a phone on 6/1/22. When we walked in, there were 2 employees helping a couple and another employee helping someone else on the other side of the store. Not one of them greeted us...one of them could have at least said something like, "hey, we'll be with you in a moment", nope, nothing. So we just sat down waiting for someone to acknowledge us. 15 minutes later, one of the employees helping the couple went into the back room, which I had assumed to grab someone to help us since we'd been waiting for so long. Different employee comes out, looks at us, asks what he can do for us, we tell him we're looking to trade my phone...then he JUST WALKS AWAY mid conversation. Didn't say a word! Apparently the first employee in fact did not go get him to help us but to help the couple that already had TWO EMPLOYEES HELPING THEM. Are you kidding me?! So we waited for 10 more minutes, and when still no one acknowledged us, we said screw this and left. I wish I was exaggerating but if anything, I'm down playing it.  It was very bizarre. You should all get new jobs.

Great Customer Service! The 2 humans that helped me were polite, helpful, and made light conversation. There were moments where I felt that I need more about a phone then they did, however I arguably would say I know more about phones than the average person would. Regardless, they were great TMobile employees and I would definitely go their again to look at or buy a new phone.
