I went through the car wash here every sunday for the last couple years. My car was scratched in their car wash on February 20th Juanita Firs 76 denied fault. I had to file a claim with my insurance. Needless to say that I will not be returning to this business which is very unfortunate because they have a great reputation in our community.

I’ve been using these folks for years. I trust them implicitly for good work and honest diagnostics and pricing. My poor car is quite old and is needing quite a bit of work and they were able to take care of several things for me in only 1 day for a reasonable price. I use them for all oil changes, new batteries, new tires, everything. Had my alternator replaced here. Phil and his team were quick, concise and extremely clear about what they were doing. They are one of two shops that has walked me through the codes my car was reading and gave me an explanation of the issue that made me feel like I finally knew what was happening with my car. To top it off, they repaired it two days ahead of time and had no issues adding on an oil change at the last time, which apparently came with a free car wash. The crew at this 76 station were great. I had heard about their service a while ago from a former coworker and he recommended this place. I needed brakes for my nearly 13 yr old car. FYI - It is the 76 gas station. Took me a few seconds to find it so letting future customers know. Service - I came here for an oil change and it was a great deal because offer other free services. I dropped off my car for a full day appointment but they finished everything within a few hours so it was fast. This business was clean and had chairs inside in case I did want to stay and wait. The front staff was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. Would totally come back here for future auto services.Services: Auto maintenance

Stopped into Juanita Firs on a whim, hoping to get the oil changed before our drive to Colorado, New Mexico. "Can you leave it for the afternoon? We had a cancellation. Otherwise next week, we are booked." They did a perfect job, with the factory specs for oil, filter, and emailed us right on time. I will be visiting again, and I will be telling the neighborhood about their great service. Thank you Juanita Firs.
