I have been a regular customer of Juanita Firs since 2016 when I purchased my new car. The owner, Dan is the best and his staff Is excellent. Very friendly, trained, knowledgeable and focused on service. Dan goes out of his way to help or answer questions, even doing the work himself. Juanita Firs has earned my respect and business. I am a professional driver so it is very important to me that my car is in excellent shape. Thank you Dan and staff. I highly recommend Juanita Firs as a home for anyone looking for a reliable, family owned local auto service.

I took my car here for a variety of issues and am extremely happy with the service I received. What I liked the most was that the shop sent me an email with the details of the inspection report that I could look over and decide what work I wanted done so that I wasn't trying to make decisions while on the phone. The technicians were meticulous and thoughtful in their work and spoke patiently and courteously.

Dan, Phil and Brooke are all the kindest most helpful people! I love taking my car here; they are so thorough and explained what was wrong with my car so it was easy to understand. They helped me through everything and the price is better than where I normally go. Highly recommend! I went specifically for an oil change for my Toyota. I get tired of the up-sale pressure from the dealerships, and I hear horror stories about the quick in and out oil change places. I was there for an hour and was very satisfied with the professionalism. The only downside was I had to schedule the oil change about a month in advance, so plan ahead. Their on-line appointment application is well managed, good communication. I will make this my go to garage for oil changes.

These guys and gals are absolutely 100% professionals. My whole experience dealing with Phil and his crew was a breath of fresh air. I had numerous things wrong with my vehicle and to be honest I was worried of the cost but also I was more worried about whether it was gonna get done correctly, they did an awesome job in not just explaining the problems but helping me fix what was necessary and setting me up with the not so urgent fixes later. I can't speak more highly of everyone at Juanita Union 76! They've taken excellent care of my car for a long time. I get regular oil changes and they always do a complete inspection of everything, often finding things that I didn't realize needed replacement such as back lights, etc. They suggest things I might need to have done in the future but never pressure me to have work done. They vacuum the inside of my car each time I have work done and give me a free car wash. It's a mostly family operation led by Dan who's absolutely amazing and has been running the operation for 50 years! Everyone there is extremely kind, efficient, and professional. Incredibly responsive, got me scheduled in a reasonable timeframe even when requesting AC service in the middle of summer!, and work was accomplished for $200 less than Honda quoted me. Excellent customer service, will absolutely be coming back for everything my Honda needs in the future!
