The owner is professional and takes pride in all of the products and services he provides. In my experience, if there was a problem with an order, they make it right. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!!

I ended up getting 22 full size poker tables for my Poker Room in Portland Oregon. The customer service Eric showed was second to none! Eric kept me updated weekly and he and his team delivered an amazing quality product that looked great and is working perfectly. Eric has a knack for understanding what his clients are looking for, then he exceeds their expectations. 916 Poker Depot has become somewhat famous among casinos, because the tables are made to design and hold up well with plenty of use. Their tables aren't just for casinos, however. Eric has designed many custom tables for homes that enjoy a weekly round of poker, for instance. That's how I discovered 916 Poker Depot and I couldn't be happier with my table!
I had a great experience working with 916 Poker Depot. Eric, the owner was very hands on and a great guy to work with. They delivered an excellent quaility product on the sceduled date. I will definitely use 916 poker depot again in the future.
These guys worked with me a lot to get what we wanted with the right price. Once we finalized that, we had about 5 weeks to get the table finished and shipped before a big party at our new house - the table simply had to be there on time. Received the table just in time and it was a huge hit! One girl even spilled multiple drinks on it, but the cloth was spill resistant as advertised. Everyone was amazed at that as well. It is heavy! Especially when first delivered. It took me longer to unpack from shipping, bring parts inside, and dispose of crate than it did to assemble. Not all the markings were added for assembly instructions guessing due to our critical rush request but assembly was still very easy for us. 30 minutes? We have played various board and card games on it every day so far. Everyone loves it! Thanks Eric and team!
