Services include: ~Exams, ~Cleanings, ~Sealants, ~Fillings, ~Extractions, ~Root Canals, ~Crowns/Bridges, ~Dentures
Fees: ~Medicaid, ~Caresource, ~Buckeye, ~United Health Care, ~Paramount and most Dental Insurances are accepted. We are in network providers for Delta Dental, Anthem Blue and Metlife Dental.
