Customer service was very good. Walked in without an appointment. I was able to get an appointment due to a cancelation. The only thing negative is the fact that the company's ad states Emergency Walk ins welcome. What it doesn't say is that only one walk in appointment is given daily.
Paid 7.000 for my dentures l bought the best the have. My temporary ones were pretty ok then when I got my permanent ones they are like bank teeth. Changed my entire look. I can’t close my teeth together because it makes my face frown when I smile the teeth can’t even be seen. I can’t keep them in even with the strongest stuff made to hold them. If I laugh they will fall out. But the warranty I bought doesn’t cover anything that I have went back for I regret going to Aspen every time I look in the mirror. My sister went to Huntington at affordable dentures and her look so natural and made her smile like she didn’t have dentures. If I had it to do over I wouldn’t pay 10.00 for what is in my mouth.
I cannot praise Aspen Dental in Ashland KY enough. Dr. Deaton & his staff are the real MVPs. I cannot thank yall enough for giving me back my smile & making me feel human again.
Visiting family and had a horrible tooth ache. Went to a local dentist who sent me to an endodontist but she couldn’t do anything. Needed an extraction. No one could get me in asap. I was told two months to a year! Called Aspen they saw me the same day, a Friday and scheduled me Monday morning for the extraction. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentists from childhood trauma. The staff was so friendly from the front desk to every technician and the dentist. He performed the extraction so quickly with no pain. Here I am the next day feeling 100% better. Area is healing well. I’m so thankful for this office.
This whole experience with Aspen has been excellent so far. They have been very friendly and professional at helping me achieve the perfect smile I have been wanting. When undergoing oral surgery they made me feel comfortable pain free during the operation. They also followed up with excellent post op care and will continue to follow up. The best part is it's affordable with payment options.
Loved everyone here! It was my first time and I was able to get my kids in because they had a cancelation. It was perfect because the pediatric dentist is booked until April! Everyone here was professional but super friendly. Karen was our hygienist and she was so great with my kids! I honestly couldn't be more pleased with her and the staff.
Had a wonderful experience. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything that they were doing to me. Would recommend them to everyone.
I went to Aspen once and will never return. They told me I needed SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of work done. They claimed I had 11 cavities and needed several gum cleaning appointments or I would "lose my teeth." After telling a friend about this, they told me about how Aspen employees get commission so they over diagnose for money. With that knowledge, I sought out a second opinion. Thank goodness I did. I was told by a different dentist that I only had 4 very small cavities, and that I'd be able to get them all filled plus a bite-guard for my teeth grinding for LESS THAN ONE THOUSAND. That is over a 6k difference in what I was quoted at Aspen, and I had SEVEN less cavities than they told me I did. The second dentist also told me I was indeed not about to "lose my teeth" as Aspen claimed - they thought my teeth looked great. No need for gum irrigation cleaning. Aspen almost put me nearly 10k in debt for no reason, not to mention made me have a full sobbing breakdown thinking I'd lose my teeth. I am so glad I found a second opinion.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Aspen Dental seeking help with multiple dental issues. I made it clear to the Dentist that I wanted to look into a procedure that should cost no more than roughly 2,000$ or so and that I had some immediate concerns I would like addressed. The Dentist Joel M Cost did not acknowledge my immediate concerns in the least nor did he seem to listen to my request as I was waiting the "finance" person came in and insisted on upselling me to a procedure that costs 16,000$ After I had made it clear I did not want that procedure. I also was told at the end of the visit that my insurance was not accepted though it was listed on their website and it showed as in network through my insurance. This place and Dentist had no interest in doing what was best for me and only saw me as someone in need that could be taken advantage of by attempting to sell me some of their highest costing procedure. I do not recommend this place. If you are looking for a Dentist that actually cares about your Oral health, Do not go to Aspen Dental.
Didn't even step foot in the door and I'll never use this company again. Spoke with the same receptionist, LeAnn multiple times, and she was very rude, didn't really care, and said they don't call to verify coverage for a new customer since I hasn't received my card yet from my company which is a lie cause other local dentist offices pulled it up in 10 mins. Oh they all cancelled my apt when they couldn't reach me but I was in training out of state for 12 hours a day. Horrible experience and I'm not even a customer. RUN!
