Excellent service from the time I walked thru the door until I left. You are all amazing and I couldn’t have been happier. I had a tooth extraction done not here and have had serious complications. I have been in horrible agonizing pain. So imagine how happy I was when this place told me I could come in on Monday. I filled out all the paperwork, got my dentist to send over my referral and X-rays, gave them my insurance info, just to be called back to say my problem wasn’t “emergent enough” to come in Monday, after I was told to come in Monday. That to me is so unprofessional and disrespectful.
Rare these days to run across a business that isn’t just about the dollar but also about discussing all options and help to make right decision. Such a good experience! You have my vote. No better advertising than word a mouth.
This office is fantastic! The front desk was on it. The assistant that took care of me communicated very well everything I needed to know. The doctor was awesome as well. Thank you all for taking great care of me.
I had the best experience at Dr. Rechtin’s. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating. I loved the way my implant turned out! 10/10 recommend!
Top Notch Dental Specialty Offices. They quickly and painlessly set my implant. The whole visit was under and hour. They are all very professional and followed up with me the next morning.
On 8-11-2022, my 17 yr old grandson, Dakota, had his four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Pagnotto and his entire staff was friendly, caring and very professional from admission to discharge. Even though still groggy, Dakota was shaking hands and thanking them for their care. I made one call to the office with a question latter that day. The issue was addressed and minor problem resolved. Would definitely recommend this office. He is well healed with no complications. Thank and please continue in that manner.
My husband John, had a great experience with Dr. Pagnotto and his staff at Tri-State Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Cold Spring. They were professional and explained everything they were doing. His dental procedure went exactly as planned and the recovery has been easy. Highly recommend Dr. Pagnotto!
Staff are great and knowledgeable. They made my son feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Procedure went well as they expected and my son was back to normal with minimumal pain after the anesthesia wore off. High recommend this location.
I've received outstanding service everytime I've interacted with this office. People answering the phones have always been very friendly and happy to provide excellent service. Dr Pagnotto and his assistants put you at ease and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this office.
