I went to this salon for gel overlay on my natural nails. It didn't even last two weeks it was already peeling off, went back and had it done again but today it's cracking off some of my nails. I also had henna dye tint done and was told it'll last two weeks at least, it's been 4 days and it's completely faded. I really tried giving this salon a try but I'm truly unhappy, the only thing I'll stick to is washing my hair there because their local to me but all other services I will not recommend.Services: Eyebrow threading

1st time I did my nails here the lady did them in such a rush that the acrylic wasn't even smooth. The 2nd time I did gel nails - the gel polish lasted 1 week on my nails Don't waste your money by going to this place.

Horrible experiance to be honest. The quality of this place has completly declined. The nail tech cut right through my cuticles twice, I was bleeding the whole session , she didn't seem bothered- didn't even steralize the equipment. Not to mention the nails came out horriblly. Used to be a decent place- now seems they only hire amateurs , wouldn't recommend.

This place used to be quite decent, but it’s totally gone down the drain. They increased their prices on nails, but all the good nail techs are gonna and it’s a revolving door of new nail techs who are okay with below average work. When I complain they roll they eyes at me and tell me not to come back. So I guess I'm never coming back hereServices: Hairstyling

Started from the best to the worst. I’ve been a regular for about 2 years now. Great ideas such as having a drink while receiving your service, friendly staff etc. however Having to pay before you get the service is a downfall, especially if it’s not guaranteed that you’ll get the services done on the same day. Firstly a salon that provides more than one service should at least have a list of who is next and notify the customer how long it will take before it’s their turn and when it’s their turn instead of the customer having to figure everything on their own. It is unfortunate that I left the salon at 9pm, having arrived at 12pm without my nails mani and pedi done only hair, which my hairdresser was doing my hair and another clients hair at the same time. Imagine how frustrating it is having to stop every 30 minutes because they go to someone else then back to you and it’s been 2 weeks without a refund. I could’ve willingly went the next day however I left the province the next morning. Secondly, receptionists should be well informed about services. More than once I’ve been given different prices, charged different by the hairdresser compared to the receptionist.

This salon has some of the best hairdressers in braamfontein and it's situated in a great location. However the owner Denis is very rude to his staff and makes the it very awkward for you as a client. There was a client making xenophobic remarks to one staff member & Denis shielded this client just so he can make money. The staff at this place provide great service but the owner's attitude is unacceptable.
