The place is horrible. my uncle and aunt were given a room that reeked dog pee, the breakfast left nothing to be desired, they claimed the room had a jacuzzi but it wasn't working, TVs were not working, the host went into my aunt and uncle's room on two consecutive mornings without knocking. when we eventually canceled our reservation, Anna the lady that is apparently dealing with the accounting was very rude and insulting in her attitude. she claimed the Jacuzzi had been working before my aunt came and my family would be liable yo pay for all damages which were utterly not true.

My stay was amazing. I will definitely go back in the near future. I loved my room, the friendliness of the staff and their breakfast was great. Everything was done with great professionalism and dedication.Rooms: 5/5
