Pathetic service my second time at this store and they always unable to assist me ,I wanted to cancel a Sim card I am no longer using they were unable to Flippin cancel a dam Sim card was told to go to n1 city or tygervally I am absolutely disgusted by the services imagine you can't cancel a Sim because they have limited access to the system them why is it a telkom Sim
This is one incompetent store along with the staff, imagine being to the store day 1 with all the necessary documentation the salesman scans everything in.. Day 2 ask to come come to the store again for a Payslip that needs to be scanned in again mind you everything was scanned in day 1..day 3 collection day after day 1's failed attempt to sort phone release.. Day 4 get a call can you kindly please send or scan your Payslips and your signature as head office requires the outstanding information? Like what the hell so what was done on day 1 2 and 3.. So the customer needs to head back to the store day and this is just being said "we do apologize for the inconvenience" imagine 4 times to the store for documentation which was provided and scanned in day 1 and everything signed right there and then... Poor service and lack of communication amongst staff #unhappy customer #poor service
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the grossly incompetence of Telkom Parow Centre. I have had my mobile phone since 2018 with them, had an OBF and had my phone replaced. The IMEI changed and had problems when I fixed the phone in 2018 they claimed the store agent has not done his job by switching my insurance to the latest IMEI number so he basically gets paid for not doing his job thoroughly. On the 20th day of October in the year 2022 another store agent called me and claims my phone cannot be fixed as the insurance is being DEBITED on the OBF phone! Like WTH !? In 2018 I had to wait almost 3 months for my phone due to this incompetence now it's happening again!???? I would on a very serious note like to know what happens in that store! I have been paying insurance since 2018 on a monthly basis of R194. This needs to be fixed and very soon, this is disgusting and awfully disrespectful, you guys of Parow centre Telkom wants to be paid but cannot even deliver the services owed to the consumer. Rather go straight to the NCC with Telkom, do not waste your time here. Telkom Parow keep saying they do better in the future on these reviews, that's also a lie because they store has only become worse.
Robably the worst branch in Cape town. If you are from out of town don't even bother going here because they require your entire pedigree before they even talk to you....having an existing Telkom account does not count in your favour ....I have sent an email to head office to bemoan my service received
I was assisted by Heinrico Cornelious who works at Talkom Parow Centre Express Store, I was so inquisitive and he remained patient and provided me with answers to all the questions. In addition, he assisted in troubleshooting the problem I had. Kudos to Heinrico*
Worst experience ever. The managers need more training in customer care and learn the trade because we were sent back with a faulty device because we didn't have proof of the device randomly shutting down. Policy is within the 7days we can return the faulty device no questions asked. That is not what happened. The attitude of the staff is really not the greatest
Can anyone help me out with Telkom contact last month I went to Telkom, I spoke with a lady over the phone because they deducted R4000 on my account when I spoke with the lady she said I must send my bank statement and I did she never replied, to say maybe the matter is sorted or not. This morning on the 31 March they deducted R4500 I don't know why!!??? Can I get someone who can tell me what's going on. Because I always go to the store to find out what's going on, they will say everything is sorted but it's not. This is just a summary of my situation. I can print the statements if you guys want proof. I can't wait to finish my contract with Telkom
the most disgusting service!!! I went there earlier today to ask for a sim swap, I was very rudely told they busy with something and I must come back after 30 minutes, really??? I was not told what documents I need to have, I went back 2 hours later and got told I need proof of address and identification, I was told to get proof from my bank which I did, upon arriving back at the store this person showed no interest in helping me and told me they don't accept drivers license as proof of ID. a complete waste of my time!!! none of the staff showed interest in assisting me instead they fubbed me off, it was a very ghetto experience.
