Good day. My name is Lizelle. I have been to the sports bar a few times. I work in the retail business myself, so I know what customer service should be. Every time I have been there I have seen bad customer service. The staff is drinking on duty and gets cocky and angry with the customers. It doesn't matt er what race your customers are. Customers pay your wages. I would appreciate if someone can call me back. I am not the only one who thinks the service is bad. If you want your business to service you need to look at your staff and the service they give. Regards Lizelle Wow I did not even get any feedback. I guess your customers is not important to you. Don't be surprised if you're business does not survive for very long. You have a competitor right next to you and you still treat your customers like they are nothing. If I could give zero stars I would definitely do that. This is really the worst service I have ever seen in my life
Not the best place I've been, staff is nice, however but you got to watch your back and vehicle.
Very poor service. 4 cashiers helping 1 customer. Recall your video footage on this day.
Not glamorous but down to earth place for a beer after work with close friends,especially if you enjoy playing the slot machines.
Marshall's is losing lot's of customers due to staff attitudes, how they treating there customers, not a place for me as a account holder. I'm gonna close my account and move on thanks. Rating 1
Great people, great atmosphere... place just needs a kitchen then its sorted lol... I suppose the braai area makes up for that
Time wasting on recieving your winnings I won on Friday and ist Tuesday i still did not recieve my money
Great for all ur gambling needs like any bet they will do it for you
Mature place for friends. Do your nettings and listen too the locals story telling
