Zone Fitness Gym Sanlam Centre Parow

This gym is a basic go to for those that need their cardio and strength training quick and easy. It's not a bad branch as I have been here for a while. The problem is they have no back up power. Making it impossible during higher stages of loadshedding to train, especially when you have a conflicting work schedule. They need to get back up power during loadshedding. This is highlighted by the fact that the branches around this one do have

Cancelled my gym membership. They don’t cater for loadshedding. They have portable lights during loadshedding but make you shower and get dressed in the dark while they use the light to talk to each other. Male showers randomly have maintenance, so you have to skip the gym or be sweaty at work. They don’t replace batteries on the rowing machines; even though they check the equipment every single day. The seated bikes are checked every day but the bikes have different levels of resistance for the same settings. Majority of the employees are not friendly, reception just looks infront of them when you enter.

This place is not a place to gym bcz first people who work there are lazy and they dont have any respect for clients then when power is off they send all people out of the gym and this manager doesnt know what is doing so i will never and ever come to fitness zone is very useless and they dont have enough equipement im so disappointed

I love it here. Staff is friendly and you get a fun workout.

Happy to joining this beautiful gym place. Everytime I'm going there I feel like I'm gym at home,nice place,comfortable and kind people also...people are very friendly there and I really like it. Thanks Zone fitness

They close during loadshedding while all the other zone fitness are open during loadshedding, does that make sense?

Love the gym . Love this gym specifically but why do we have to leave when its load shedding. Why when load shedding kicks in the back up lights go on but we still have to leave ??? A gym should have a back up generators . This is just a huge let down ...

Great place i love going there and very friendly staff

First time there... It's a bit small and very cramped. There was almost no space between machines which is dangerous. But other than that, I enjoyed my workout.
