Thank you so much to the officers at the Parow Police Station. Within 5 minutes of walking into the station, they arranged for Officer Groenewald and Officer Joseph to escort us to our destination. Early morning and terrible weather but they did it with pleasure. Much appreciated.
Phoned regarding a noise complaint. I was ask very sarcastically, " I must send a van for what?" Do these officers go for training? No manner of speaking, or questioning. Completely rude, unbothered and disinterested. What's the interview process to become an officer? Must you just have a pulse? The standards are so low!!!! Do better man. Sies
The service delivery and willingness to assist is horrible. I have never encountered any police station, officers or detectives who make you feel as if you are a nuisance. They basically indirectly telling members of the public that they can only do something once you are harmed. Never mind any court order. As for Detective/Sergeant Visagie and Detective Khumalo that ignored everything that was said and disregarded an individual in distress because there are two sides of a story. That is for the judge to decide. Victims of crime prefer saying nothing because of this type of behaviour. The perpetrator first needs to tell them why they did what they did.
Although I waited for a while to be attended , constable David's was very helpful with a sense of humour and explained exactly what to do later on. So not a bad experience!
They are the only police officers who came through for me and my daughter after 8 years of trying to reach out.They listened and gave me the best solution to the predicament I was facing. They are caring, professional and lead by example. They really do protect and serve. May GOD bless them

Horrible service. I waited a whole 3 hours to get one form completed. So many officers on duty but only one person helping. They on purposefully made made wait and let others go before me for certification. Then I still got inappropriate comments from the police.
Depending the time of the day you go you will be helped efficiently when you need documents certified. However, it's a bit of a concern when I had to be questioned again after already explaining to the warrant officer in detail what happened during the robbery. When you get robbed at 5:30am you don't have time to study behaviour and faces as your safety and life is most important.
Useless police station I had breaking case into my bakkie inside the property, early morning on Sunday at 6am I phoned the that got one suspects in my hand running with toolbox but the police station never came, until I left the suspect to go at 9:30am, I drove even there at police station but they said they still coming, I felt helpless, lonely, why because I'm a foreigner or what?
