Not very user friendly. One lady on a big power trip all fair and good if you got a fine but don't make a person feel like a common criminal for it if you are willing to pay it off.
Ive been frequenting this branch for years and enjoyed the service i recieved until i recently met the owner.. He claimed i owed a fine which i proved i payed prior, the owner was so condescending and racist that they have not only lost a loyal customer but i made sure my family in the area closed their accounts too.In a dying industry i doubt you can afford to lose customers... I would rethink the way i reward loyal customers if i was you,as a brand ambassador you really have brought a bad name to the franchise
