Had a delicious breakfast early morning before the rush crowd. Service was excellent as they were not busy and food was great Food: 3/5

I've waited 22min just to get a beer after the manager showed me to my table and gave me a menu. I'm surely not going to order food. Last time me and my family visited this branch was early 2021 due to the service  and atmosphere once you address something in confidence. Otherwise the food is amazing, playpark is well supervised and your belongings are safe while leaving your table for a bit.  Date 05/11/22

Been visiting this spur since they opened. The staff are friendly.  The food isn't always up to standard however If you have a issue they are happy to assist.  My kids love the play area

Quite disappointed to hear they were out of most of the items we wanted to order especially since this was a birthday celebration. The manager did contact me and tried to remedy the situation however birthday's only come once a year unfortunately.

Hi, I have emailed this restaurant about the fact that they didn't add my points to my family card but no response. I also wanted to use my voucher but couldn't as they said they were offline. I can understand this but there was no effort from the staff end to help me use my voucher. Food was good.

Service was excellent..food as well but was a bit unhappy that the people after us got a table before us.their cocktail was fantastic.meals is now pricy tho

Now this place gets packed. It's the good food The great service The location Plain down nice to visit!

The service was terrible, the staff is slow, I waited a long time for my food.  The food was even more terrible, not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this spur to anyone

To be honest this place is going soon out of business customers service huge lack of experience before it was the place to be but now 0 out of 10

Had to have a quick breakfast between site meetings and they were rather efficient.
