We went there to watch a movie. We watched shotgun wedding. It was a great movies and we all enjoyed it. The services at the kiosk was great they helped us and offered great service.

Such a great cinema. Sadly not very well supported despite hvng lots of seats more safe during pandemic and very clean! Very organised from ticket selling to getting refreshments. Highly recommended for a treat with a great Spur right next door. Parking easy on the roof outside. We had a lovely time at both venues.

Great to go watch new movies with family. Great new movies . Cinema was not full.

I have always came to this branch, but this weekend I was very disappointed with how things were being ran by this outlet. How can you purchase your snacks and expect to drink warm cool drink? How can staff members or management not think this is an issue? Yes the ice machine was non functional but at least give the people the alternatives by telling them there is slushies available in stead of the cool drink, due to the ice machine being out of order. Would you expect that a loyal client must drink warm cool drink and suffer from stomach discomfort there after? Put forth your alternatives if one is compromised. Let me also point out your COVID 19 protocols. No where was there hand sanitizers to be found or offered. No temperature readings was taken to assure some kind of precaution. And then we finally get to the room itself... One seat apart is really not 1 meter away. I could literally extend my arm to my side and touch the next person on the head, that is how little distance there is. How is this maintaining social distance? Then we come to room ventilation... Do you even have working air-cons seeing that your ice machine was not working. The entire show there was no air-con and no proper ventilation. Does people really need to suffocate or sweat while trying to enjoy a show? I am very disappointed with this outlet. I will no longer attend shows there or recommend anyone to go there

Friendly staff,can't understand why there is no cash facility almost failed to get in with my family but for a good Samaritan..maybe they need to make provisions

I have always enjoyed going to this cinema. The screen is big and sound great and seats are comfortable. But over the last year I have noticed that maintenance of the place has deteriorated. Many times seats are broken and on numerous occasions the cinema was not cleaned before the movie starts. The final straw was on the last occasion. The movie played with no picture, only sound. I complained immediately. It took a full hour before they decided that they could not fix the problem and cancelled the show. They then refused to refund the concessions popcorn and drinks that I bought.

Service was horrible as usual... Tried to buy tickets at the machine while 4 staff members stood by and watched me and my sister struggle to get the machine to work. The machines for self service are all our of order. The popcorn we were giving was old and soft. And they weren't refilling the popcorn. There was only one person working the ticket sales and she charged me for 6 tickets when I only wanted 5. Luckily managed to get refunded for the extra ticket.

Was nice and chilled , clean .friendly staff just loadshedding was a problem as usual but other then that , tops

I came with friends to watch Endgame and despite my planning that would have got me to arrive half an hour early I was thrown off by the idiot who decided to close the N1 on a weekend that had both a Cheese and Wine festival AND the premiere of Endgame. I arrived with 5 minutes to spare and was eventually greeted with terrible service. I bought my tickets on the SK app but when I finally got popcorn and was ready to go, I was not allowed access because the scanner isn't working and I have to print my tickets instead some signage would have been lovely. Might not have missed the first 5-10 minutes had I known beforehand. Spent about 10 minutes trying to get someone to help me so I could print my tickets and watch the movie. One employee at the concession stand made eye contact with me as I asked her for help and then proceeded to completely ignore me. I understand that protocol is a thing, I've worked in retail I know that there are some things you just can't do but for goodness sake. I know the scanner is broken but I don't have time to wait for someone to help me. Why can't my group be let in when I am showing you my official purchased tickets on my phone, I'm even using the official SK app to access my tickets but that's not enough to let me through? Not likely that I'll come here again. Cheaper ticket prices does not make up for abysmal service.
