If someone takes the time to pre-arrange finance, take a test drive and then makes a serious offer 5%lower on a vehicle that has been in your stock for 8months, the least you could do is get back to them with a no.

Excellent service from Ian Hermanus and Tilana Trollip. No hard sell from Ian - just plain good and honest service. Tilana is an absolute star, explaining the financial aspects with such care and precision - she knows her stuff. Felt comfortable dealing with both.

To everyone out there, my experience with Fuzion N1 was excellent. I viewed and tested a car on a Tuesday, 2 days later it stood in my driveway. Professional and friendly service. Thank you to Shaun and Tilana that went out there way to make it happen. Tip to potential buyers, do your research before you buy, lost of information is available on the internet. Pre-owned vehicles is not new and problems might arise, report the problem and allow the dealership to addres the problem.

I again want to reiterate to all potential car buyers to not even consider purchasing a tyre let  alone a vehicle from this useless, unprofessional dealership. They’ll sell you a car that, according to them, is in ‘good condition and passed all the required tests’ but 3 weeks later problems will arise. I’ve been struggling for more than a year with a car they sold me because of a faulty engine they did not disclose to me upon purchasing the car. Stay away from Fuzion!

Excellent. Disciscussed the details of a specific vehicle I was looking for with Willem at the N1 City Branch and within 2 weeks I had the perfect vehicle on its way to be delivered to me. Finance arranged through Fuzion managed to beat all other direct bank quotations as well. Thank you Willem and team for the excellent service and guidance.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Was a total waste of time. Either they don’t communicate with each other or they don't know whats going on.
